This Decision of the Minister of Finance provides for issuing the Regulation on rents applicable to foreign investors who rent land, or water expanses or sea areas in order to conduct their operations (agricultural, infrastructure etc. etc.) Rent Coefficients shall be calculated for urban, non urban land, water( meaning river and lakes) and sea on specific parameters.

Las municipalidades deberán remitir a la autoridad minera antes del 31 de octubre de cada año planos de ubicación de los lotes fiscales destinados a balnearios, sus actividades complementarias o que deban preservarse para tal fin.

This Regulation implements the Coastal Protection Act 1979 by preventing any person (including a public authority) to carry out development on land within such part of the coastal zone as is not within a local government area, and as is not subject to an environmental planning instrument within the meaning of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

These Regulations, consisting of 72 sections divided into five Parts, implement the Cullen Bay Marina Act by providing specifications on the operation of the management corporation and committee (Part 2), the duties of owners and occupiers of lots (Part 3) and on insurance (Part 4) and subdivision and consolidation of lots.

The Act provides for the vesting of the foreshore and the floor of the sea in the Crown and regulates the use and control of those areas and related matters. The “floor of the sea” means the soil and subsoil of the sea off the coast of Antigua and Barbuda between the low water mark and so far out to sea as is deemed by law to be within the territorial sea (sect. 2). Use of the foreshore and the floor of the sea requires a licence.

This Act concerns the management of coastal areas in the State of Victoria to protect and maintain areas of environmental significance on the coast and to maintain and improve coastal water quality. It provides for the establishment and operation of the Victorian Coastal Council and of Regional Coastal Boards. It also promotes a coordinated approach in the preparation and implementation of management plans for coastal Crown lands.

This Decree, composed of 40 articles structured in seven chapters, implements Act No. 7.661 on National Planning for Coastal Zone Management, PNGC. The Decree rules on coastal zone use and occupation procedures and establishes rules for the management of maritime ORLA. It defines general rules for Coastal Zone environmental Management establishing the basic provisions for the identification of policies, plans and programmes at federal, state and local levels, indicating the related competent authorities.
