The present Decision provides for the approval of the Land Use Planning and for the development of industrial, touristic, infrastructural and housing projects in order to rehabilitate, recuperate and develop unused, public, agricultural and urban lands.

The purposes of this Act are set out in article 1.

The Contracting States, in the belief that objectives set out in the Preamble would be better achieved by amending the 1968 Algiers Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources by expanding elements related to sustainable development, have agreed on measures to enhance environmental protection, to foster the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources; and to harmonize and coordinate policies in these fields with a view to achieving ecologically rational, economically sound and socially acceptable development policies and programs for the Convention area.

The Convention applies to the Carpathian region to be defined by the Conference of the Parties. Each Party may extend the application of this Convention and its Protocols to additional parts of its national territory by making a declaration to that effect. The Parties shall pursue a comprehensive policy and cooperate for the protection and sustainable development of the Carpathians with a view to inter alia improving quality of life, strengthening local economies and communities, and conservation of natural values and cultural heritage.

The Act provides for the vesting of the foreshore and the floor of the sea in the Crown and regulates the use and control of those areas and related matters. The “floor of the sea” means the soil and subsoil of the sea off the coast of Antigua and Barbuda between the low water mark and so far out to sea as is deemed by law to be within the territorial sea (sect. 2). Use of the foreshore and the floor of the sea requires a licence.

Particular amendments are hereby laid down to Regional Act No. 42 on forestry, with regard to the approval procedure for the programme on forestry and the implementation of projects. Article 11 on the fire-fighting service is replaced by the text laid down in article 5 hereto.

The present Law establishes legal, economic and social principles of protection of land with the purpose of ensuring its rational use, creation and improvement of soil fertility, other useful qualities of land, conservation of ecological qualities of topsoil and their protection. The present Law establishes legal economic and social bases for the organization of carrying out state control over land tenure and protection of land and is aimed at ensuring rational use and reproduction of natural resources. The Law consists of 14 articles. Article 1 introduces the main concepts. Article 2 establishes the main tasks of state control over land tenure and protection of land. Article 3 establishes the main principles of carrying out state control over land tenure and protection of land. Article 4 regards land as object of state control and protection.

La présente ordonnance porte la réglementation relative à la restriction de l'usage des pesticides par les gestionnaires des espaces publics en Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. L’article 3 établit qu’il est interdit de faire usage de pesticide dans les espaces publics. Le gestionnaire d'espaces publics doit utiliser des techniques alternatives à l'utilisation de pesticides.

This Act concerns the management of coastal areas in the State of Victoria to protect and maintain areas of environmental significance on the coast and to maintain and improve coastal water quality. It provides for the establishment and operation of the Victorian Coastal Council and of Regional Coastal Boards. It also promotes a coordinated approach in the preparation and implementation of management plans for coastal Crown lands.

Le présent arrêté porte la réglementation relative à la mise en conformité des infrastructures de stockage des effluents d'élevage. L’article 2 établit qu’en application des articles 8 à 15 de l'arrêté nitrate et dans les limites fixées par le présent arrêté, seuls sont éligibles à l'aide les travaux visant la mise en conformité des installations de stockage de certains jus d'écoulement et des effluents d'élevage provenant du cheptel enregistré ou correspondant à la capacité d'hébergement des bâtiments à la date du 9 décembre 2002.

La presente ley tiene por objeto la preservación, conservación, defensa y mejoramiento del medio ambiente de la provincia de Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur. A tal fin establece sus principios rectores con miras a perpetuar los ecosistemas existentes en su territorio, como patrimonio común de todas las generaciones, debiendo asegurar la conservación de la calidad ambiental, la diversidad biológica y sus recursos escénicos. La Ley consta de tres títulos.
