The Act also covers compensation and the methods for the payment of compensation and interests on compensation. President of the Regional Council of Ministers orders to validate the form of official acts on land ownership, life-long hereditary ownership and open-ended (permanent) land tenure. Official acts must be issued by the heads of the local administrations in accordance with the Instructions of the Committee on Land Reform and Land resources attached to the Government of the Russian Federation. The collected fees must be transferred to the extra-budgetary fund of the Regional Government.

Regional Legislative Assembly decrees to extend the sphere of application of Land Code on the regional territory from the date of validation of the present Regional Decree, except for Articles 47-51 that entry into force from the date of validation of the Regional Law on land charges. The provisions of Land Code are applicable to the relations coming into existence after the extension of Land Code to the regional territory. Regional Legislative Assembly is competent authority in the following issues pertaining to the sphere of land relations : 1.

The purposes of this Act are to provide for the protection and conservation of places and objects of cultural heritage significance and the registration of such places and objects; (b) to establish a Heritage Council; and (c) to establish a Victorian Heritage Register. It also provides for the establishment of a special fund for the management of heritage places and objects.

The Act provides for common leasehold schemes, i.e. a scheme registered under this Act for the division of a parcel of land and its buildings into units.

These Regulations provide for registration of charges created upon farming stock, additional assets or other agricultural assets under the Agricultural Credits Act. They provide for matters such as: application for registration of charge; duties of registrar on receipt of application for registration; application for noting of discharges in register, and prescribe forms in relation with applications and certification.
