Les immeubles et droits réels immobiliers appartenant aux personnes physiques ou morales de nationalité congolaise ou étrangère sont soumis aux dispositions de la présente loi. L’immatriculation d’un immeuble consiste à établir un titre foncier et à l’inscrire dans le registre de la propriété foncière. Elle a pour objet de placer l’immeuble qui y a été soumis sous le régime de la propriété foncière sans qu’il puisse en être ultérieurement soustrait et est obligatoire.

This Act defines the right and procedures to sue the Crown and liability of the Crown and related persons in tort. Proceedings may concern by or against the Registrar of Titles under the Land and Titles Act or proceedings against the Crown for the recovery of land. The Act also concerns the execution of judgements. Some provisions of the Act concern civil proceedings against the Crown for the infringement of industrial property.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection, care and development of public green land and recreational spaces, including parts of forests. El presente Acuerdo esta establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección que deben cumplir los hombres y mujeres campesinos de escasos recursos para acceder al subsidio integral para la adquisición de tierras y el desarrollo de proyectos productivos de carácter empresarial, así como los requisitos mínimos que deben cumplir los predios rurales objeto de los programas de reforma agraria y desarrollo rural.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reporting of projects which could be harmful to the environment. Article 1 lists projects due to be notified to the competent authority: first construction of greenhouses on agricultural land; transformation of green land, and green land in flood area; plantation of Christmas trees; drainage of land; plants for aquaculture and construction of pipelines being more than 1000 m length. The text consists of 4 articles.

El presente Decreto fija los derechos por concepto de la función registral, con el propósito de racionalizar el servicio público de registro de instrumentos públicos y de actualizar las tarifas y derechos que se deben cobrar por su prestación.

This Order validates the form of land registration that shall be applicable to the plots of land local municipalities. The registration form specifies the type of the plot of land, its classification in accordance with the established modalities and purposeful use thereof, location of the plot of land, regional code, number of cadastre registration and type of ownership.

Paragraph one of the Article 10 shall acquire a new wording: “Agricultural land lease contract concluded for the period exceeding three years shall be registered at the local land cadastre office”.

Item 4 of the Article 25.2 of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall acquire a new wording: “4.

This Legislative decree is composed of seven Titles divided in 92 articles. It defines principles and rules related to land use of both public and private bodies. Land is considered to have a socio-economic and ecological function and therefore it must be used in a sustainable manner. The Decree rules on public and private domain and provides land classification. Particular attention is paid to regulate land sale, rent and concession. Finally, the Decree provides for a land register.

This Order establishes the modalities of legalization and registration of purchase and sale of the plots of agricultural land between the citizens of Kyrgyzstan and in case of expropriation of thereof from the persons who cannot own them in accordance with the legislation. Transactions with agricultural land shall be subject to compulsory state registration without notarial certification. In case of purchase and sale of a plot of agricultural land vendor and buyer change the purposeful use thereof on their own initiative.
