Ce schéma Directeur d’aménagement urbain qui comporte les orientations et les principes définissant le cadre de développement de la ville, sera complété par des plans d’occupation du sol avec leurs cahiers de charges conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern exceptions for existing hazardous substances consents.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 in Schedule 4 as a consequence of the modifications of the enforcement provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 introduced by the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 4 list provisions of the 1991 Order and modifications of those provisions which are applied for the purposes of hazardous substances control. Part 3 sets out those provisions as modified.

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet Secretary for East African Affairs, Commerce and Tourism under section 122 Tourism Regulatory Authority, concern classification, standardization and control of the tourist industry and development relating to tourism. Control shall be carried out through a licensing system, inspections and enforcement measures. The Tourism Regulatory Authority shall establish a Licensing Committee and a Standardization and Classification Committee.

This Notice, made under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act, specifies in the Schedule a local authority that is appointed as a planning authority for a specified area. The functions of the Minister under subsections (1) and (2) of section 25 of the Act relating to the grant or refusal of permission to develop or subdivide land are delegated to the planning authority set out in the Schedule for the area described in the Schedule.
