This Act provides with respect to local government in Jamaica.

This Order, made under section 5 of the Town and Country Planning Act, provides for a wide variety of matters regarding the administration and development of the Trelawny Parish Development Area. Matters regulated by this Order include planning permission for development, control on subdivision of land, consultation with national authorities by the local planning authority before granting planning permission, appeals. The Second Schedule sets out Use Classes. The Third Schedule sets out Permitted Development. The Fifth Schedule sets out the Planning Framework for the development area.

This Act contains measures relating to planning and compulsory purchase of land for housing and planning purposes following the reforms introduced by the Housing and Planning Act 2016. It amends the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and six Annexes, approves the Table of Classification of the Urban and Rural Land Uses and Activities of the Distrito Federal. Condominium is a non-commercial organization that is set up by a half of the constituent assembly of the owners of housing facilities in a single or several compactly situated residential palaces united by common plot of land and elements of infrastructure or in a single block-section of a residential palace provided with a separate entrance. El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, respecto a la creación del Registro Especial Asociado de Concesiones o Contratos de Arrendamiento de Playones Nacionales para el Cultivo de Camarón, el cual está a cargo del Instituto de la Propiedad (IP), en el que debe inscribirse otorgamiento, modificación, cancelación, transmisión y gravamen de casa concesión; así mismo, debe inscribirse las mejoras actuales o futuras que los concesionarios efectúen en los predios otorgados en arrendamientos por el Estado (Artículo 6º).
