Suite à de nombreuses contraintes d’ordre technique, onomique, nstitutionnel qui entravent le développement du secteur agricole, la République Démocratique du Congo a élaboré un Plan d’investissement agricole 2014-2020,basé sur une approche participative.

Le présent arrêté, en application des dispositions de l’article 8 du décret n° 87-15 du 13 janvier 1987 modifié et complété, portant création de l’institut national des sols, de l’irrigation et du drainage, crée un laboratoire de l’institut national des sols, de l’irrigation et du drainage dont le siège est situé dans la commune d’El Mohammadia-Wilaya d’Alger.

This Agreement consists of 14 articles and it shall be subject to the provisions of Reciprocal Encouragement and Protection of Investment between the two Parts (art. 1). The Government of Sudan shall grant to the Government of Syria a land for exploitation located in Abu Quta-Province Alhsahisa situated in the State of Aljazeera with an area of 30,000 Faddan without any restriction rights (art. 2). The exploitation of the aforementioned land shall be valid for 50 years (art. 3).

El presente documento contiene el Plan Estratégico Institucional elaborado por el Ministerio de Desarrollo Rural y Tierras, de aplicación nacional para el período 2014-2018. El Plan, de carácter intersectorial, define la misión, visión y los objetivos estratégicos institucionales, los cuales está alineados con las Políticas definidas en el Plan del Sector Desarrollo Agropecuario 2014-2018 “Hacia el 2025”. A estos objetivos estratégicos institucionales corresponden los objetivos específicos, que se enuncian en el apartado 2.4.

This National Agriculture Policy (NAP) states as its general objective to develop an efficient, competitive and profitable agricultural industry that contributes to the improvement of the livelihoods of Tanzanians and attainment of broad based economic growth and poverty alleviation. The NAP is a result of macro, regional and global economic changes that have bearing on the development of the agricultural sector. These changes are reflected in the national policy framework which reflects the Comprehensive African Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP).

This National Agricultural Policy shall contribute to the attainment of national food security, poverty reduction and national economic development objectives as outlined in the Malawi Growth and Development Strategy (MGDS).

Purpose of the Sustainable Agricultural Development Strategy towards 2030 is modernizing Egyptian agriculture based on achieving food security and improving the livelihood of the rural inhabitants, through the efficient use of development resources and the utilization of its environmental advantages.

This Agricultural Sector Development Strategy (ASDS) is the overall national policy document for the agricultural sector ministries and stakeholders in Kenya. The agricultural sector comprises the following subsectors: crops, livestock, fisheries, land, water, cooperatives, environment, regional development and forestry. The sector also includes the development of arid and semi-arid lands.

This National Agriculture Sector Strategy (NASS)for the five year period 2012 – 2016 is a multi-sectoral document which aims to provide a comprehensive guide to the development of agriculture sector, with a special focus on the farmer, and what is needed to improve productivity and increase economic returns.

El Plan del Sector Desarrollo Agropecuario - Revolución Rural y Agraria 2010-2020 ha sido formulado por el Gobierno de Bolivia en el 2010 y contiene ejes estratégicos sectoriales para el desarrollo del sector que serán implementados a través de programas priorizados a partir del año 2010 hasta el 2020 en las áreas de apoyo a la producción agropecuaria, el tratamiento de la temática tierra, recursos forestales y el desarrollo de la coca y su industrialización.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un marco general que regule la actividad de los sectores agrario y agroalimentario en Extremadura, de conformidad con el carácter estratégico de los mismos para el desarrollo de la Comunidad Autónoma, así como el régimen jurídico de las infraestructuras rurales de Extremadura.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Minimum land area for artificially irrigated agricultural land and (or) drained land shall be 50 ha”.
