L’occupation temporaire de parties de parcs urbains est accordée, à titre précaire et révocable, sur autorisation du ministre chargé des collectivités locales, conformément aux procédures visées aux articles 5 et 6 du présent décret.

In implementing provisions of the Minerals Act, this Regulation provides for the application for an exploration permit, decision concerning exploration permit, extension of the period of exploration, fees, granting of exploitation concessions, and proceedings for the designation of land, and contains detailed provisions regarding restrictions on to exploration works.

L'Etat peut accorder sur le domaine public maritime des concessions ayant pour objet l'aménagement, l'exploitation et l'entretien de plages. Le concessionnaire est autorisé à occuper une partie de l'espace concédé, pour y installer et exploiter des activités destinées à répondre aux besoins du service public balnéaire.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les modalités d’établissement du plan d’aménagement touristique des zones d’expansion et sites touristiques, et notamment les modalités de son élaboration, instruction, contenu et approbation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allotment, in case of availability, of land for housing free of charge. Allotment of land for housing shall be carried out in accordance with general land-use planning schemes. Objects of allotment shall be plots of land located in inhabited areas that can be conceded in ownership.

This Instruction shall be applicable to concession of land located in the protected area of Issyk Kul for construction of health resorts, rehabilitation, recreational and tourist sites. Temporary concession of land for the aforesaid purposes shall be carried out exclusively through open tenders. Each plot of land shall be put on sale as a separate lot.

Les dépendances du domaine public maritime situées hors des limites administratives des ports peuvent faire l'objet de concessions d'utilisation en vue de leur affectation à l'usage du public, à un service public ou à une opération d'intérêt général. Les biens ainsi concédés ne sont pas soustraits au domaine public. Ces concessions sont conclues pour une durée qui ne peut excéder trente ans.

El presente Reglamento establece los requisitos legales de visado de planos para la construcción de edificaciones en la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. El concesionario podrá construir tierra adentro de la línea de mojones que demarca el límite de la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre conforme al plan regulador.

This Regulation is composed of 19 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Selling or leasing lands in the Aqaba EEZ shall be subject to the zoning of lands and buildings approved by the Board of Commissioners (art. 4). The Board may sell or allocate any of the Authority’s Lands to Governmental Bodies and worship homes (art. 5).

This Decree provides for the promotion, economical support and international participation to initiatives aimed at the improvement of the so called rural industrial production by mean of policies and financial interventions in the rural communities.
