This Order relates to the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act (Chapter 256). The Schedule lists the protected areas under this Order.

The Parties shall cooperate in the following forms: 1) production of topographic, geodetic and cartographic work; 2) aerial photography of the territories and data exchange of distant zoning; 3) elaboration and carrying out intergovernmental programs in the field of geodesy, cartography, distant zoning of the Earth, cadastre and geoinformation systems; 4) exchange of information regarding geographic study of the territory and the contents of the geographic maps (art. 1).

The following amendments and addenda must be introduced to the Federal Law No. 209-FZ: 1) In the item 2 of the Article 3 must be supplemented with the wording “topographic monitoring”; paragraph 11 of the same article must be supplemented with the wording “provision with geodetic, cartographic, topographic and hydrographical materials regarding regional and state boundaries”; paragraph 15 of the same article acquires a new wording “setting, normalization, regulation of usage, registration, recording and conservation of the names of geographic objects’’.

Plan of a plot of land must be usually designed with the application of the national system of coordinates. For securing the boundaries of a plot of land on location there must be installed landmarks. Specially designed point of a boundary of a plot of land or other object. Average errors in the position of the landmarks respectively to the nearest points of state geodetic network must not exceed 0,1 mm on the map of scale of 1:2000.

Interdepartmental Commission on Gravitation Metering is set up for examination and decision-making regarding issues concerning gravitation metering on the territory of the Russian Federation, its continental shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and World Ocean. Interdepartmental Commission on Gravitation Metering is entitled to carry out the following tasks: a).

The President of the State Committee on Land Policy orders to all structural divisions of the Committee, State Committees on Land Resources and Land Survey of the subjects of the Russian Federation, subordinated enterprises, organizations and institutions to adopt the aforesaid Agreement (attached to the present document) for guidance in carrying out geodetic and cartographic activity in the process of carrying out land survey and keeping state land cadastre. The Ministry of Housing Facilities and Public Utilities is entitled to carry out activity regarding operation and maintenance of networks, constructions, structures and equipment facilities of water supply, sewerage and water allotment services. The Ministry of Forestry is responsible for logging, soft resin procurement, sap procurement, sawing and planing production.

These land surveyors Rules concern the conduct of cadestre surveys. The Rules include several amendments to the Land Surveyors Rules 2000. These include that a registered surveyor shall before carrying out work on any cadestre survey check that the proposed cadastre survey is in accordance with all requirements of the Singapore Land Authority.

These guidelines are issued by the General Department for Land Management concerning utilization of bare land, degraded hills, forests, alluvial flats and water bodies. The approval of land use projects will be based on the economic-technical viability of the project with the objectives of good land management and sustainable land use. The project implementing agency shall classify the land depending on the objectives of the project and the land available. Land should be used in accordance with plans made, the land should be protected and the fertility of the soil improved.

The aim of the present Guidelines provide the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Rheinland-Pfalz being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. This Order validates the form of land boundary plan elaborated in the process of cadastre activity.
