This Act provides for the establishment of the Singapore Land Authority and consists of 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Establishment, incorporation and constitution of authority (II); Functions, duties and powers of authority (III); Provisions relating to staff (IV); Financial provisions (V); Transfer of property, assets, liabilities and employees (VI); and Miscellaneous (VII).The functions of the Authority include to optimize land resources and to provide secure and effective registration systems for transactions relating to land in Singapore.
An Alberta land surveyor, surveyor's corporation or surveyor's partnership may engage in the practice of surveying. "Alberta land surveyor" means an individual who holds a certificate of registration and an annual certificate to engage in the practice of surveying under this Act. The Alberta Land Surveyors' Association is continued as a corporation. The Association shall be governed by a Council. The Council may appoint a Registrar for the purposes of this Act. In addition, there is hereby established a board called the Practice Review Board.
This Act, consisting of 8 Chapters, establishes Delhi Geo-Spatial Data Infrastructure for Management, Control, Administration, Security and Safety of the above mentioned area. The Law, with the view to implement the provisions of Directive 2007/2/EC, lays down general rules aimed at the establishment of the Infrastructure for Spatial Information in Greece, for the purposes of Community environmental policies and policies or activities which may have an impact on the environment. The Law is divided into three Parts. Part A (articles 2-13) deals with the incorporation of the afore-mentioned Directive into the Greek legislative framework. Part B (articles 14-28) sets forth the national measures for the implementation of the Directive.
The present Act aims at amending and consolidating current legislation relevant to the acquisition of land. The Government may acquire any land at any place for any public purpose, if it so deems necessary, according to the procedures set out by this Act.
This Act applies to: 1) formation of real estate and other register units; 2) changing the property division in other ways; 3) confirmation of matters concerning the dimensions of a register unit or other property division matters; and 4) registration and amalgamation of real estate and other register units. The present Act does not apply to a matter concerning the formation of real estate provisions for which is made in other legislation (sect. 1).
This Act authorizes the Minister of Transport to build a highway from Forest avenue to Gedser Road as a bypass east of Falster.
The Act regulates provisions for the transport Minister which is authorized to build a highway north of Naestved from Slagelsevej to Køgevej. In exceptional cases, the Minister of Transport may - at the request of owners - expropriate a property affected by particular restrictions within the project of this Act. Compensations shall be based by the expropriation and appraisal real estate authorities.Appendix 1 - Routing of Northern road by Næstved.
This Regional Law regulates the relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage.
This Regional Law establishes that public land servitude shall be applicable in case when regional state interests, interests of local government or local population cannot otherwise be ensured without the application thereof.
