This Legislative Decree amends Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. Amendments deal with the classification of lands and the bases for land use planning under the national territory.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 2 Chapters, establishes the National Policy for Land Concession Rights. It specifies the general basis of the above mentioned National Policy, defining the mechanisms for accessing, using and exploitation lands, taking into consideration that the access to land is a fundamental for reconstruction, construction and socio-economic development of the country. It applies for agricultural, urban, mining and touristic lands.

This Act applies to: 1) formation of real estate and other register units; 2) changing the property division in other ways; 3) confirmation of matters concerning the dimensions of a register unit or other property division matters; and 4) registration and amalgamation of real estate and other register units. The present Act does not apply to a matter concerning the formation of real estate provisions for which is made in other legislation (sect. 1).

This Law regulates various matters relating to real property (not defined) such as disposal, registration of title and other rights, and rights in and over real estate such as liens. The Act consists of 21 Chapters divided into 5 Parts.Part 1 provides rules for the sale and acquisition of real estate. Title to real estate is acquired by sale, trade, gift or other conveyance, as provided in this Code. Separate provisions apply to the acquisition of real estate by inheritance, will, distribution of matrimonial assets, expropriation or otherwise not by conveyance.

The objective of this Act is to establish duties and liabilities relating to the National Farm Land and Forest Fund. The Fund manages agricultural land, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. This management includes granting concessions, leasing and renting of agricultural land and forests. The Fund is a legal entity and operates in accordance with the regulations that apply to public institutions.

Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Objects of cultural heritage registered in the State register of the objects of cultural heritage that are not subject to privatization shall not be objects of mortgage”.

This Regional Law regulates some issues related to turnover of agricultural land, shares in common property of agricultural land, and envisages the cases of participation of municipal units in the aforesaid sphere. Privatization of agricultural land shall be effective from the date of entry into force of this Regional Law (art. 2). Minimum land area for artificially irrigated agricultural land or drained land shall be equal to field area having a separate land reclamation system but no less than 30 ha.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the National Regulation for Land and Urban Planning (RNOTPU). it specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. The Decree-Law, defines the instruments to regulate territorial: management development, planning, sectoral policy and regarding special nature, such as land planning of: protected areas, touristic areas, coastal zone management and hydrographic basins. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Instument for territorial management (Chap.

This Act, consisting of 108 sections divided into nine Parts and completed by one Schedule, makes provision for the tenure, management, and alienation of crown lands. "Crown lands" means all lands of the Territory, including the bed of the sea within the territorial limits of the Northern Territory, and including an estate in fee simple that is registered in the name of the Territory, but does not include reserved or dedicated lands. The main body of the Act (Part 3) contains provisions relative to leases, easements, and servitude.

This Act released the restrictions made on any grant issued by the Crown prior to January 1, 1990. Restrictions may affect clear, cultivate, seat, enclose, dyke, repair or maintain dykes, improve, sow, plant, sow or plant specified crops or drain the land; dig a stone quarry or other mine or cut wood or employ labour in digging any stone quarry or other mine or in the cutting of wood; and keep or put neat cattle on the land. An Act makes provision for powers of competent authorities (as designated by the Minister) in respect to irrigation works and other waterworks in water improvement areas and provides in general for the use of conservation of water and related matters.
