This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision shall be the authorized institution carrying out the following tasks: (a) supervision over geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) supervision over the correct mapping of the national frontier; (c) registration of geodetic and cartographic activities; and (d) registration of geodetic points. This Ministerial Decree establishes also the modalities of state supervision over land tenure and land protection by natural and legal persons.

La presente Resolución fue adoptada por la Comisión Nacional de Catastro en virtud de las atribuciones previstas por el artículo 13 de la Ley Nº 509. La Resolución introduce la normativa que establece y regula los procedimientos mediante los cuales los Municipios en las zonas no catastradas podrán otorgar, en sus respectivas circunscripciones territoriales, las siguientes constancias: a) Constancia Catastral Municipal, b) Constancia de Datos Catastrales.

Le présent arrêté fixe le montant de la somme due au titre de la participation financière aux frais d’aménagement et d’équipement des terrains, issus de lotissements situés dans la zone d’aménagement concerté de Nguinth Nord-Est, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 8 du décret n° 2004-356 du 18 mars 2004.Outre le paiement des redevances domaniales, l’attribution des terrains du domaine privé de l’Etat est subordonnée au versement du montant de la participation financière aux frais d’aménagement et d’équipement.

This Instruction establishes that technical certification shall be applicable in the following cases: (a) land consolidation; (b) land transactions; (c) change of boundaries of land plots; and (d) at owner’s request. Technical certificate shall be issued in accordance with the established modalities and form at applicant’s request. Annexes contain forms of technical certificate, cadastre plans of land plots and applicable documentation.

These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 2003 (the principal rules) with respect to registration of relevant lease clauses. "Relevant lease" means: (a) a prescribed clauses lease as defined in rule 58A(4), or (b) any other lease which complies with the requirements as to form and content set out in rule 58A(1) and which either is required to be completed by registration under section 27(2)(b) of the Act or is the subject of an application for first registration of the title to it.

These Rules amend the Land Registration Rules 2003. Rule 1 provides for citation and commencement and rule 2 for interpretation. Rule 3 makes a consequential amendment to rule 91(1) of the principal rules, arising from rule 4. Rule 4 adds a new rule, rule 91A to the principal rules. This allows a number of standard forms of restriction to refer to dispositions of a specified part of the registered estate. It also allows changes in other standard. Rules 5 and 8 amend rules 92(2) and 198(2)(d) of the principal rules respectively. Other changes concern standard forms and registration.
