These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1967. The Central Plan Register shall be in Form 1. A Liaison officer to keep registers as specified in regulation 3. A list or supplementary list compiled by the liaison officer under Section 4 or 7 of the Act forwarded to the Surveyor General in accordance with the provisions of the Act shall be endorsed with a certificate in Form 3. A notice under Section 5(1) of the Act shall be in Form 4.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Survey Act 1969. They concern fees for purposes of the Act, articles of cadetship in land surveying, the Register of Articled Cadets, training of surveyors, application for registration as certified measurer, examination, certificate of competency for certified measurers, plans of survey to be submitted to registry, etc.

Decree No. 58/07 approving the General Regulation for Land Concession.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to detailed enforcement procedures, such as, for example, specific tasks of competent executive authorities.

Land Leases Refund of Fees Rules Order 2006 (No. 7 of 2006).

This Order made under section 111 of the Land Leases Act require a lessor to refund lease registration fees in certain circumstances and provides for calculation for purposes of refund of fees. A lessor must refund the registration fee to the lessee if: (a) the lessees unexpired lease is surrendered under the Land Leases Act and is replaced by a new lease for a term of 75 years; and (b) the new lease is registered over the same land as the unexpired surrendered lease for the purpose of a strata plan under the Strata Titles Act.

Joint Order No. P/0152 of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade validating technical requirements for state cadastre valuation of urban land.

These technical requirements contain the technological scheme for the fulfilment of state cadastre valuation of urban land and establish basic requirements for the legalization of the reported data. The Joint Order contains the list of authorized activities on urban land and establishes the modalities of calculating cadastre value of urban land. It also contains the calculation formula for cadastre valuation of different uses of urban land.

Item 3 of Ministerial Decree No. 316 of 2000 regarding the validation of the Regulation on carrying out state cadastre valuation of land shall be amended to add the following: “State cadastre valuation of land shall be carried out no less than once every five years and no more than once every three years.”

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1.715 del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria, regulando los aspectos relacionados con los procedimientos agrarios administrativos. Asimismo, establece el carácter social del derecho agrario, el que consiste, entre otras cosas, en la equidad en el derecho de acceso y tenencia de la tierra de mujeres y hombres, con preferencia a quienes no la tienen o la tienen insuficientemente (art. 3º).
