This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the rules and standards prescribed by the Regulation on the conditions and criteria for granting and revoking of the approval for state survey and real estate cadastre measurements (Official Gazette 105/2007).Changes are related to the general terms, definitions and denominations; and standards concerning the number and qualifications of employees, technical equipment (minimum geodetic equipment).

This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions, standards and criteria (for obtaining the official approval) that legal persons (registered for state survey and real estate cadastre measurements and licensed geodetic engineer who performs these activities) for the correct performance of the mandatory common geodetic and state survey and real estate cadastre measurements.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards aimed to determine the contents and form of the correct parceling (zoning) and other geodetic surveys and/or studies, and the method of their production, inspecting and certification.Croatian land and geodetic elaborate (official surveys and/or studies) may be used for the purpose and for the purpose for which they are made when approved by the cadastral office.

This Regulation prescribes the correct form, content and manner of issuance and use of the official identification badge or card of higher surveying and geodetic inspector of the Croatian national geodetic inspectorate, and the manner of issuing and maintaining of official records.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the adoption on behalf of indigenous people of the Torrens System, a land registration system in which the government is the keeper of all land and title records and a land title serves as a certificate of full, indefeasible, and valid ownership. The present Ordinance implements the Land Survey Act of 19 May 2005. Article 1 establishes that the government shall allocate the works of the official land survey and define the rights and obligations of the surveyors. The Construction and Infrastructure Office shall be the competent authority according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.

Ce décret modifie et complète certaines dispositions du décret nº 76-165 fixant les conditions d'obtention du titre foncier. El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional Integrado de Información Catastral Predial, que contiene las disposiciones generales para la integración y unificación de los estándares, nomenclatura y procesos técnicos de las Entidades Generadoras de Catastro de Predios, y regula los procedimientos de levantamiento, mantenimiento, actualización y publicidad de la información catastral orientada a un uso multipropósito.

La presente Resolución aprueba los formatos de certificados de títulos, constancias anotadas, certificación con reserva de prioridad, certificación de registro de acreedores, registro complementario, resoluciones, decisiones y otras actuaciones de carácter administrativo.

La presente Resolución regula el proceso de liquidación de los expedientes pendientes y en trámites de la jurisdicción inmobiliaria, facultando a tal fin a los presidentes de los tribunales superiores de tierras a designar los jueces liquidadores correspondientes a la demarcación territorial a su cargo, en coordinación con la Dirección General de la Carrera Judicial.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento para el control y reducción de constancias anotadas, que es el documento emitido por el Registro de Títulos que, sin contar con designación catastral propia ni con un plano individual de mensura debidamente aprobado, acredita la existencia de un derecho de propiedad sobre una porción de parcela.
