The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to sewage sludge. In particular, article 2 lists maximum amounts allowed for certain metals, such as lead, cadmium, copper, nickel, zinc and mercury. Article 3 regulates the modalities of the sampling of soil. The text consists of 6 articles.

In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the contaminated site cadastre of Saxony. These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by substituting a new Regulation 6 which designates the Department of Agriculture, the Department of the Environment and the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland as the authorities responsible for carrying out controls on certain specified requirements or standards set out in these Regulations and the Council Regulation.

This Order establishes that state registration of the plots of forest land within state forest fund shall be carried out by state executive bodies responsible for keeping state forest register. State registration shall be carried out in the following cases: (a) allotment of the plots of forest land within state forest fund; and (b) renewal of lease contracts for the plots of forest land and renewal of free of charge forest management contracts in case of conformation thereof to the Forest Code.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that the cadastre value of land under forest stock shall be established according to the forest group, protection category and type of management, and shall be adjusted according to the annual index adjusted for inflation. Cadastre value of land under forest stock shall be used to calculate land charges for plots of forestland allotted for the construction and servicing of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and power supply lines.

This Ministerial Decree stipulates that land monitoring shall be part of the national environmental monitoring system. Land monitoring refers to a system for observing the state of land, changes in the structure and state of land resources and distribution of land by categories. It shall facilitate the collection, reporting, processing and analyzing of information in order to prevent negative processes and assess soil fertility conservation measures.

El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el que reglamenta el ámbito de aplicación del otorgamiento mediante la venta directa de tierras eriazas, estableciendo que en el caso del departamento de Lima, la incorporación del terreno al dominio del Estado se hará mediante resolución del Ministerio de Agricultura.

This Regulation is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 entrusts the Ministry of Environment to cooperate with the concerned authorities for the protection of soil.

Le présent décret a pour objet de fixer les conditions de réalisation des voies carrossables nouvelles parallèles au rivage. Le projet de voie carrossable nouvelle doit être prévu par un instrument d’urbanisme dûment approuvé et doit faire l’objet d’une notice d’impact sur l’environnement élaborée et approuvée conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.

The purpose of this Decision is to promulgate a national action program to combat desertification by properly managing forest resources, water sources and land. The action program shall cover desertified areas throughout the country, in particular areas in the north western region, the coastal Central Viet Nam, the Central Highlands and Long Xuyen quadrilateral region. Tasks of the action program and solutions to implement the program are outlined in the Decision. Attached to this Decision is a list of projects for the implementation of the National Action Program.
