The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.

This Act provides for the town and country planning at national, district and local level. It sets forth the provisions to prepare, approve and a deposit a plan and establishes an administrative framework for development planning. The Act also provides for development control and enforcement. It consists of 99 sections divide into 10 Parts.The Act establishes the Physical Planning Council and the Physical Planners Board. There shall also be a Commissioner for Physical Planning.

This Land Degradation Neutrality National Report is a national policy with a sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Plan is 15 years between 2016 and 2030. This compendium and analysis of Cities in the BRICS countries were developed through a partnership between the South African Cities Network (SACN) and the South African Research Chair in Spatial Analysis and City Planning (SA&CP) at the University of the Witwatersrand. Since South Africa joined BRICS in 2010, multiple connections have been forged between South Africa and its alliance partners. However, although there is a growing volume of engagements, there is still inadequate knowledge and understanding across the BRICS.

The Purpose of this Decree is to prescribe matters delegated by the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act and those necessary for the enforcement of such matters. Article 3 lists item subject to a resource survey to be conducted under article 3 of the aforementioned Act. Article 5 lays down provisions relating to the proposal of a rural landscape management plan.

This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.

These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections and four Schedules, aim to the following objectives: (a) to restrict the activities of members of the public on licensed water frontages; and (b) to prescribe fees and forms for the purposes of the Land Act 1958; and (c) to provide for the issue of duplicate documents; and (d) to provide for other matters for the purposes of the Land Act 1958.

En effet, ce code définit les différentes opérations d'urbanisme concrétisant les diverses destinations prévues pour les espaces urbains par les schémas directeurs d'aménagement et d'urbanisme et d'autres outils d'urbanisation.
