El presente documento define a nivel nacional los principios y directrices para constituir al año 2025 la Bolivia Digna y Soberana y para la construcción de una sociedad más incluyente, participativa, democrática, sin discriminación ni división, sobre la base de 13 pilares fundamentales. En la primera parte del documento se encuentra el texto integral de la Agenda Patriótica 2025, donde se visibilizan los 13 pilares y cada una de sus dimensiones.

This National Agriculture Sector Strategy (NASS)for the five year period 2012 – 2016 is a multi-sectoral document which aims to provide a comprehensive guide to the development of agriculture sector, with a special focus on the farmer, and what is needed to improve productivity and increase economic returns.

El presente documento establece a nivel nacional el plan de desarrollo humano, que contempla líneas de acción y medidas para erradicar la pobreza, garantizar el respeto de los derechos de las personas a satisfacer sus necesidades básicas (alimento, vivienda, salud, educación y seguridad) y conseguir una vida digna para todos los nicaragüenses. El Plan es de carácter intersectorial y abarca el período comprendido entre el 2012 y el 2016.

"Dominion water-powers" in this Act means any energy of whatever form or nature contained in or capable of being produced or generated from any flowing or falling water in such quantity as to make it of commercial value on public lands, that is the property of Canada and have been or may be placed under the control and management of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development. The property in, and the right to the use of, all Dominion water-powers are hereby declared to be vested in the Crown, except any rights of were granted by the Crown before 1919.

A major piece of legislation to organize boundaries and administration of the Northwest Territories., and in particular of aboriginal peoples. For the purpose of the present Act “Agreement” means the Northwest Territories Lands and Resources Devolution Agreement that was made on 25 June 2013. “Aboriginal party” means an Aboriginal organization that is a party to the Agreement. Section 4 establishes that a Commissioner of the Northwest Territories must be appointed by order of the governor in Council.

For the purpose of the present Act “Framework Agreement” means: i) the Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement dated 22 September 1992 and entered into by Canada, Saskatchewan and certain Indian bands with respect to the settlement of the outstanding treaty land entitlement claims of the Indian bands; ii) the Nekaneet Treaty Land Entitlement Settlement Agreement dated 23 September 1992 and entered into by Canada, Saskatchewan and the Nekaneet Indian Band with respect to the settlement of the outstanding treaty land entitlement claim of the Nekaneet Indian Band; and iii) any

This Law establishes the second amendment of Law No. 54/2005 regulating the title ownership of water resources. Amendments deal with the updating of its provisions concerning the requirements and dead lines necessary for obtaining the title recognition of internal land, borders of river or coastal areas related to marine or any other navigable water courses, with their respective beds, and even the banks belonging to public entities.

The present Act shall streamline the regulatory process governing oil/gas development in the Province. In particular, section 3 of the afore-mentioned Act establishes the “Alberta Energy Regulator” as a corporation.

This Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of typical and (or) rare natural landscapes and biotopes under protection of the owners of land plots and (or) waterbodies, forms of certificates of the aforesaid landscapes and biotopes and conservation pledge agreement, and terms and conditions of the issuance thereof. Identification of typical and (or) rare natural landscapes and biotopes shall be performed by specialized and authorized legal person in the process of performing scientific research or monitoring of vegetation.

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the water property in the domain of the State. Its particular purpose is to determine the conditions under which the Minister of the environment is authorized to grant the alienation, lease or occupation of the property and to agree on the limits of such property. Le présent décret ordonne l'expropriation, pour cause d'utilité publique, au profit de l'Etat, en vue d'être incorporées au domaine public hydraulique, pour être mises à la disposition de la société nationale d'exploitation et de distribution des eaux, des parcelles de terre non immatriculées sises à la délégation de la nouvelle Matmata, gouvernorat de Gabès, nécessaires à la construction de deux réservoirs d'eau.

Le présent décret autorise l’expropriation, pour cause d'utilité publique, au profit de l'Etat, en vue d'être incorporée au domaine public hydraulique, une parcelle de terre sise à Aïn Zrigue, nécessaire à l'alimentation de la région de Aïn Zrigue en eau potable.
