This Act prescribes rules relative to the making of a valid will and the consequences of a will for inheritance of (real) property belonging to the person who made the will.
This Chapter provides rules relative to the probate of inheritance of small estate. It sets out procedures for and content of complaints regarding the transfer of decedent’s property to beneficiaries and creditors. There is also a procedure if debts exceed the value of assets to be inherited. The transferee shall be personally responsible for any property received by him or her under any order issued pursuant to this Chapter, and any party claiming an interest in such property may, after demand, maintain, within a specified period, an action against the transferee.
This Act makes provision with respect to intestate succession and succession by will of estates including land and land-related rights. The Act sets out rules relative to inheritance and related distribution of estates in the case a person dies without having made a will. The Act also defines offences against persons entitled to inheritance or related to the deceased person.
Esta Ley establece disposiciones para el desarrollo, reconocimiento, preservación y defensa de los derechos y cultura de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas. A tal fin la Ley establece que el Estado y los Municipios deban incluir dentro de sus planes y programas de desarrollo a las comunidades indígenas de los pueblos asentados en el territorio estatal. La Ley prevé la participación de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas en la planeación del desarrollo económico. Cabe destacar el Título Cuarto en materia de tierra, territorio y recursos naturales (arts. 74-84).
The present Act lays down provisions concerning the acquisition of immovable property by non residents, which basically shall be prohibited, except for certain circumstances under which such acquisition shall be allowed (those specified in article 5). As a general rule, A person, other than a physical or a non resident person, may acquire by an act inter vivos immovable property in Malta without the necessity of obtaining a permit under this Act where such immovable property is required for the purpose of carrying out the activity for which it has been set up.
En esta Ley del Presupuesto Nacional cabe destacar el artículo 377 que crea el Instituto Nacional de las Mujeres (el cual sustituye al Instituto Nacional de la Familia y la Mujer, creado por el artículo 234 de la Ley Nº 16.226).
This Act provides for various aspects relative to dealings in land in Rotuma and provides for the appointment of the Rotuma Lands Commission. The Commission shall ascertain (traditional) land rights, resolve disputes relative to land rights, demarcate land and register land rights (sect. 4). All land found by the Commission to be un-owned shall vest in the Crown in trust for the Rotuman people, but shall not be considered to be Crown land. All moneys derived from such un-owned land shall be paid into the Rotuman Development Fund and be used for the purposes of that Fund.
La presente Ley tiene por objetivo promover activamente la equidad de género entre hombres y mujeres y la plena igualdad de derechos y oportunidades para el desarrollo de la mujer tamaulipeca. Para ello la Ley establece medidas preventivas y positivas o compensatorias, al fin de evitar prácticas discriminatorias por acción u omisión en contra de la mujer. Cabe destacar la prohibición explícita de impedir el ejercicio de los derechos de propiedad, administración y disposición de bienes, incluyendo los relativos al régimen ejidal (art. 8º, j).
La presente ley tiene por objeto reconocer, preservar y defender los derechos de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas originarios del estado de Jalisco y las personas que los integran, así como establecer las obligaciones de la administración pública estatal y municipal para elevar el nivel de vida de los pueblos y comunidades indígenas, promoviendo su desarrollo a través de los recursos presupuestarios previstos.Cabe destacar el Título Cuarto de la Ley, que está dedicado al patrimonio de los pueblos indígenas.
La présente loi détermine les règles et les principes fondamentaux relatifs au régime foncier rural en République du Bénin. Elle s’applique au domaine privé rural de l’Etat et des collectivités territoriales ainsi qu’aux terres rurales appartenant aux personnes physiques ou morales de droit privé.
This Act prescribes rules of succession when a person dies without making a valid will or without otherwise disposing of his or her real and personal property of which that person has the right to dispose at the time of his death (“intestate succession”). The rules concern succession both in the case of heirs and without heirs of the intestate. In the latter case, the succession to any real property of the intestate shall be determined jointly by the local authority where the property is located and the Governor, or his or her authorized representative.
