The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. The Regulation establishes the general procedure for arbitration, which includes: (a) the application for arbitration, to be addressed to the Director-General and lodged at (or sent by post to) the head office of the Department of Agriculture; (b) the compilation by the Director-General of a list of legal practitioners who may be appointed as Chairpersons of the arbitration committee, a list of owners who may be appointed as members of the committee, and a list of tenants who may be appointed as members of the committee; (c) nomination of committee members; (d) appointment of the committee;
Western Lands Act 1901.
This Act, consisting of 52 sections divided into eleven Parts and completd by five Schedules, provides for the to establishment of an appropriate system of land tenure for the Western Division, for the establishment of a formal access network, by means of roads and rights of way, in the Western Division, for the definition of the rights and responsibilities of lessees and other persons with respect to the use of land in the Western Division and aims at ensuring that land in the Western Division is used in accordance with the principles of ecologically sustainable development.
National Parks and Wildlife (Adjustment of Areas) Act 2006.
This Act revokes the reservation of certain land in Bargo State Conservation Area and vests that land in the Minister administering the Sporting Venues Management Act 2002; reserves certain Crown land as Bargo River State Conservation Area and as part of Yengo National Park; and for other purposes.
Inclosed Lands Protection Regulation 2008.
This Regulation implements the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901. The object of this Regulation is to remake, with minor amendments, the provisions of the Inclosed Lands Protection Regulation 2002 with respect to the amount of penalties when certain offences under section 4 or 4A of the Inclosed Lands Protection Act 1901 are dealt with by way of penalty notices.

Trade and Investment Cluster Governance (Amendment and Repeal) Act 2014.
This Act, consisting of 29 sections divided into seven Parts, establishes the dissolution of Lake Illawarra Authority. The assets, rights and liabilities of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority immediately before its dissolution become, on that dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Crown. Any advisory committees of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority are dissolved.
