The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest lands. In particular the replaced Annex 1 provides the list of hazardous elements and hazardous substances monitored in agrochemical testing of agricultural land and parameters monitored during soil analysis. Annex 2 describes methods used for chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of agricultural land and forest land.
Arrêté de ministre de l'équipement, de l'habitat et de l'aménagement du territoire du 16 octobre 2017, complétant l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre.
Le présent arrêté complète l'arrêté du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de topographie et du cadastre. En effet, il ajoute à l'article 9 du titre III de l'arrêté du ministre de l'équipement, de l'habitat et de l'aménagement du territoire du 1er juin 2015, fixant les tarifs des prestations de l'office de la topographie et du cadastre mentionné ci-dessus, dans sa partie relative aux tarifs d'immatriculation foncière obligatoire (cadastre) un troisième point portant sur les travaux le bornage et levé et l’établissement des plans.
Local Government (General Rate) Regulations 2017 (GN No. 224 of 2017).
These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 95(6), (9) and (10) and 110A of the Local Government Act, requires every Municipal Council to levy a general rate on the owner of any immovable property included in the valuation list prepared under these Regulations.
Ley IV Nº 14 (antes Decreto Ley 1105/79) - Ley de Expropiaciones.
La presente Ley regula la expropiación pro utilidad pública. La utilidad pública debe servir de fundamento legal a la expropiación, y comprende todos los casos en que se procure la satisfacción del bien común, sea éste de naturaleza material o espiritual. Podrá actuar como expropiante el Estado Provincial; también podrán actuar como tales las Municipalidades, las Entidades Autárquicas Provinciales y las Empresas del Estado Provincial, en tanto estén expresamente facultadas para ello por sus respectivas leyes o leyes especiales.
Presidential Decree No. UP-5199 “On measures to radically improve the system for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of farmers, dehkan farms and smallholders, and efficient use of agricultural land areas under crops”.
The President decrees to establish beginning from the harvest of 2018 the modalities, according to which: (a) the efficiency of land plots tenure pertaining to farms shall be discussed at the local government meetings on a quarterly basis, while the efficiency of use of agricultural land areas under crops pertaining to dehkan farms and smallholders shall be discussed monthly in the self-governing bodies of citizens; and (b) in relation to farmers, dehkan farms and smallholders who inefficiently used land plots, that did not completely sow crops and that did not timely implement agrotechnica
