The FAO Legal Office provides in-house counsel in accordance with the Basic Texts of the Organization, gives legal advisory services to FAO members, assists in the formulation of treaties on food and agriculture, for which the Director-General acts as Depositary, publishes legal studies and maintains a database (FAOLEX) of national legislation and international agreements concerning food and agriculture (including fisheries, forestry and water).

Water Associations Law.
The present Law implements the Federal Water Association Act of 12 February 1991 (BGBl. I p. 405). In preparing the budget, the Associations must comply with the principles of efficiency and economy. The budget must include all incomes and expenses anticipated in the relevant financial year. For greater investments over several years, an appropriate plan has to be made. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Budget, accounting and inspections (1); Public announcements of the competent authority (2); Water charges (3); Dissolution of existing associations (4).

La presente Resolución aprueba el Manual de Operaciones del Programa Generación de Suelo Urbano (PGSU), que consigna la descripción del proyecto, el objetivo, la identificación de las entidades, órganos o unidades orgánicas ejecutoras que tienen responsabilidades respecto del mismo, organización, funciones y responsabilidades, así como sus procesos de programación y aprobación de actividades, ejecución de recursos, los procesos de supervisión, seguimiento y evaluación.

Environmental Protection Agency (Integrated Pollution Control) (Licensing) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 283 of 2013).
These Regulations provide with respect to integrated licensing by the Environmental Protection Agency of integrated pollution control activities within the meaning of section 3 of and specified in the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992.
