Sonali is a researcher and an independent consultant with progressive experience with leading CSR, NGOs, INGOs, State Government and International Funding Agencies; Experiences in developing programmes on community development; women & youth and their implementation. As a young woman leader, led an Asia Pacific Network in Asia Pacific region covering over 16 countries on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for young people.
Strategic and operational support to implementing agencies and Government Departments areas of project planning, implementation & monitoring/impact measurements on areas of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Education, disability, livelihoods, financial inclusion and land rights for the poor, especially women. Specialisation in Gender Integration, Development Communication, Capacity Building, Partnership, Networking and Advocacy.
She has participated in many national and international conferences and has published papers and also contributed to a chapters in edited book published by Palgrave Macmillan on Land, Labour and Livelihoods: Indian Women’s Perspectives.
