Le présent décret définit les modalités d’application de la Loi n° 2015-035 du 16 juillet 2015 portant organisation de la recherche, de l’exploitation et du transport des hydrocarbures.

Faced with the challenge of providing adequate transport services with limited resources, cities have, for several decades, been investing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). ITS utilize Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to make more efficient use of existing transport infrastructure with the aim of improving transport services and reducing congestion, accidents, and air pollution.

Article 43 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots located within 500 meters from coastline of a waterbody shall be performed after establishment of borders of water conservation zones and regime of its economic management, except for protected areas and public forests”.

This Act brings about a comprehensive reform of the law relating to land rights and land planning and management in Scotland.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Habitats Directive for protection purposes set out in Schedule 3 (coastal lagoons). The Minister shall, in accordance with the Regulations of 2011, establish and publish such particular conservation objectives as he or she, from time to time, considers necessary for the Special Area of Conservation with regard to the natural habitat type and animal and plant species specified in Schedule 3.

This Act provides rules for physical planning, including Integrated Urban Areas and Town Development Planning, in Marsabit County. County plans shall be made in accordance with provisions of Part XI of the County Governments Act, 2012. This Act prescribes content of county physical development plan and creates a county planning unit which within the county government and a county planning unit.
