El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Texto único de procedimientos administrativos (TUPA) del Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Act establishes the Land Administration Authority as a body corporate and provides with respect to its functions and powers and its administration and management. The Authority shall be an agency of the Government of Lesotho responsible for land administration and shall operate under the general supervision of the Minister responsible for land matters.

This Act concerns the creation and administration of strata lots and phased development of such lots. The proprietor of land upon which a building is or is to be constructed may apply to the Registrar, in the manner provided by or under this Law and prescribed under the Registered Land Law (2004 Revision), for the registration of the horizontal or vertical subdivisions (strata lots) in accordance with a strata plan, which shall accompany the application.

This Act provides for the survey of soil and land and the demarcation of land with boundary marks. It also defines the powers of Survey Officers authorized to carry out land or soil survey.The Act prohibits registered holders of any land in the State to transfer or dispose of any land without presenting a survey map along with the title deeds for registration prepared by licensed surveyors.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

The present Regulation enforces the Agricultural Operation Practices Act. At the outset the Regulations contains the definition of certain terms such as, “aquifer”, “catch basin”, “common body of water”, “groundwater resource”, “liquid manure”, “private land”. Part 1 lays down provisions relating to standards applying to the owner or operator of a confined feeding operation for which an approval, registration or authorization is required under the afore-mentioned Act. Moreover, this Parts deals with manure storage and nutrient management. Part 2 concerns general administration matters.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management and protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall have the following competence in the sphere of cultural heritage: (a) registration of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) establishes the modalities and the rates of payment for valuation of land plots pertaining to the objects of cultural heritage; and (c) appoint authorized state institution competent in the sphere of cultural heritage.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be delimitation of plenary powers between legislative and executive state bodies, and local self-government in the sphere of land relations.

The present Act makes provisions, inter alia, with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land,etc.

The present Regulation enforces the Agricultural Operation Practices Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to administrative procedures of the Natural Resources Conservation Board which is mandated under the afore-mentioned Act to review applications for new or expanding confined feeding operations, to monitor and enforce compliance with the Act, its Regulations and permit conditions, and to conduct hearings to review decisions.

El presente Decreto modifica el que crea el Centro Nacional de Registros y establece su régimen administrativo, con la finalidad de promover la mayor participación de la sociedad civil en la toma de decisiones, modifica la parte que se refiere a la integración de la Dirección Superior del Centro Nacional de Registros.

Enmienda: Decreto Nº 62 - Crea el Centro Nacional de Registros. (1994-12-05)

El presente Decreto crea el Centro Nacional de Registros y establece su régimen administrativo, y será el encargado de asumir oportunamente las facultades y atribuciones que las leyes confieren a la Dirección General de Registros, incluyendo el Registro de la Propiedad Raíz e Hipotecas y el Registro de Comercio, y al Instituto Geográfico Nacional, así como actividades consideradas de interés nacional para garantizar la seguridad jurídica sobre la propiedad y/o los derechos ciudadanos.
