This Order prescribes the form of a public notice required to be give by applicant for first registration of a croft, common grazing or land held runrig in the Crofting Register under section 12(8) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. Such notice shall be placed in local newspapers and on the land in question.

These Rules, made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(1) and 53(2)(a) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, provide for the compilation, keeping and protection of the Crofting Register and rule 4 provides for public access to it. It also prescribes forms for applications for registration of crofts and common grazings in the Register.

These Regulations of the Scottish Ministers, made under sections 4(8), 5(6) and 25(4) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, determine when ownership of land is to be treated as transferred for purposes of registration of a crofting interest.

The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

This Order establishes fees payable for the registration of a croft, common grazing or land held runrig in the Crofting Register, the updating and rectification of registration schedules in that register and in respect of provision by the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland of searches, reports, certificates, copies or information from the Crofting Register. The Order also provides for the reduction of fees in certain circumstances.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of state protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage recorded in the state register of the objects of cultural heritage, including land areas and historical and cultural environment. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to state identification, monitoring and registration. Objects of cultural heritage shall be classified as of regional and local significance.

The present Ordinance enforces the Geo-Data Access Act. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the providing of spatial data, spatial data and metadata services on behalf of spatial data holding agencies. Article 2 established that that such data may be: 1) reproduced, printed, presented, changed, edited and shared with third parties; 2) linked to own data as to become a new and independent data; 3) integrated in non public electronic networks. El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Manual para la elaboración de planes reguladores costeros en la zona marítimo terrestre, que constituyen el instrumento legal y técnico para alcanzar los objetivos de las políticas de ordenamiento territorial en procura de un desarrollo económico, social y ambiental equilibrado en la zona marítimo terrestre y áreas adyacentes.

El presente Reglamento establece los requisitos legales de visado de planos para la construcción de edificaciones en la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. El concesionario podrá construir tierra adentro de la línea de mojones que demarca el límite de la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre conforme al plan regulador.
