These Regulations do not apply to a use of land authorized pursuant to grazing or agricultural leases subsequent to its initial clearing, and to harvesting, hunting, trapping or fishing. Regulation 4 specifies activities on land that are prohibited without having a Type A Permit, whereas regulation 5 lists activities for which a Type B permit is required. No person shall deposit material or debris in a watercourse contrary to the Northwest Territories Waters Act or the Fisheries Act, or any regulations made under those Acts (reg.9).

La presente Resolución crea la Comisión Técnica Nacional de Agua y Suelos a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura, cuyos objetivos son evaluar, elaborar y proponer los lineamientos y acciones que permitan el manejo y conservación de los recursos hídricos y recursos naturales vinculados. La Comisión cesara en sus funciones el 28 de julio de 2001, debiendo hacer entrega de un informe final de actividades al Ministerio de Agricultura.

A Regulation to implement provisions of the Water Act of 1983.The matters here further regulated deal with: protection of public interests under the Water Act (sects. 1,1a, and 2); the authority of a referee appointed under Chapter 12 of the Act (sects. 3 and 4); records at hearings conducted pursuant to Chapter 12 (in relation with land drainage projects) (sects. 5 to 14); communication of decisions of the Water Court to other public bodies and other communications and notifications of the Water Court (sects. 15 and 20); communication of maps, etc.

Every Water Court shall maintain a list of water projects in a water book for their jurisdictional district. The Book shall be organized in 4 divisions: water projects and water works designed to use water as a propelling force, and dam constructions (even if not so intended); water projects and water works for public waters; water supplies; other water projects and water works covered by the Water Act of 1982 (art. 1). Each of these divisions shall be organized according to river basins or, if necessary, sections of river basins.

El presente Reglamento establece que el Programa Nacional de Manejo de Cuencas Hidrográficas y Conservación de Suelos (PRONAMACHCS), tiene como finalidad promover el manejo sustentable de los recursos naturales en las cuencas de la sierra, el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las poblaciones rurales y la preservación del medio ambiente.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Texto Único de Procedimientos Administrativos (TUPA) del Programa Nacional de Manejo de Cuencas Hidrográficas y Conservación de Suelos (PRONAMACHCS), que incluye un procedimiento que posibilite el acceso a las personas a la información que posean y produzcan.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Guía de bienes y/o servicios del Programa Nacional de Manejo de Cuencas Hidrográficas y Conservación de Suelos (PRONAMACHCS), con el fin de permitir el acceso de los ciudadanos a la información de los bienes y servicios a comercializar por PRONAMACHCS: servicio a prestar, monto del precio y forma de pago.

Within the legal framework laid down in Act No. 183 of 1989, this Regional Act has been enacted to guarantee soil conservation, water restoration and to encourage the rational use of water resources. The Regional Basin Authority, established under the Regional Council (art. 2) shall govern the use and management of regional basins, which are determined by Annex B. The Authority consists of the Institutional Committee (art. 4), the Technical Committee (art. 6) and the Secretary-General (art. 7).

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania have agreed as follows: 1) Land, subsoil, water and other natural resources within the boundaries of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania being public property is managed and protected as the basis of life and vital activity. 2) The parties recognize the presence on the territory of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania of natural resources pertaining to federal, republican and joint management.

The present Regional Act has been enacted in order to rearrange the functions in matter of soil protection and water domain and related organization.

The objective of this Act is to ensure that the use of land and water areas and building activities on them create preconditions for a favourable living environment and promote ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable development. The Act also aims to ensure that everyone has the right to participate in the preparation process, and that planning is high quality and interactive, that expertise is comprehensive and that there is open provision of information on matters being processed. Objectives in land use planning are set out in section 5.
