Las Partes signatarias se comprometen a emprender acciones coordinadas o conjuntas en materia de protección, preservación, conservación y saneamiento del medio ambiente y a impulsar la utilización racional y equilibrada de los recursos naturales, teniendo en cuenta el vínculo existente entre medio ambiente, desarrollo e integración.

Mediante el presente tratado, Argentina y Chile se comprometen a emprender acciones coordinadas en materia de protección, conservación, preservación y saneamiento del medio ambiente y a impulsar la utilización racional y equilibrada de los recursos naturales. Cada una de las Partes se compromete, además, a no efectuar acciones unilaterales que pudieren causar perjuicio al medio ambiente de la otra.

The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

The Contracting States, in the belief that objectives set out in the Preamble would be better achieved by amending the 1968 Algiers Convention on the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources by expanding elements related to sustainable development, have agreed on measures to enhance environmental protection, to foster the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources; and to harmonize and coordinate policies in these fields with a view to achieving ecologically rational, economically sound and socially acceptable development policies and programs for the Convention area.

The Convention applies to the Carpathian region to be defined by the Conference of the Parties. Each Party may extend the application of this Convention and its Protocols to additional parts of its national territory by making a declaration to that effect. The Parties shall pursue a comprehensive policy and cooperate for the protection and sustainable development of the Carpathians with a view to inter alia improving quality of life, strengthening local economies and communities, and conservation of natural values and cultural heritage.

A través del presente Protocolo Adicional, las Partes acuerdan las áreas específicas de cooperación para realizar las acciones coordinadas o conjuntas previstas por el Tratado sobre Medio Ambiente, a saber: emergencias ambientales; seguridad química; aguas; gestión sustentable de los recursos naturales; desertificación; salud y ambiente.

The purpose of this Act is to prevent potential danger and injury to public health and the environment due to the pollution of water and to properly manage and preserve the quality of public waters, i.e. rivers, lakes, marshes, harbors, ports, coastal areas and other waters used for public purposes, and to their contiguous waterways used for public purposes and prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

El presente Decreto establece los criterios básicos a aplicar en el manejo y la conservación de suelos y aguas, con el objeto de asegurar un uso más racional de lso recursos, aparejando al mismo tiempo mayores rendimientos productivos.La primera parte del Decreto está dedicada al uso y conservación de los suelos. Como norma básica, toda práctica agrícola deberá mantener o aumentar la productividad de los suelos, evitándose la erosión y degradación de las propiedades físicas, químicas o biológicas.

The purpose of this Act is to prevent potential danger or injury to public health and environment due to soil contamination and to properly maintain and preserve soil including purifying the contaminated soil to conserve the soil ecosystem, etc. This Act shall not apply to soil contamination caused by radioactive materials.The Minister of Environment shall formulate and enforce a basic plan for soil conservation every 10 years and shall include matters listed in article 4.

The present Regional Act, in compliance with the provisions contained in Act No. 183 of 1989 and Act No. 36 of 1994: (a) lays down rules governing the establishment of basins; (b) provides for the delimitation of areas of soil protection; (c) defines the procedures to be followed to adopt river basin plans; (d) aims at the protection and preservation of water resources.

La présente loi porte la réglementation relative aux eaux. En particulier, elle a pour buts: a) de fixer des objectifs de qualité des eaux; b) de régler la gestion quantitative des cours d'eau; c) de définir et de gérer l'espace nécessaire aux cours d'eau; d) de veiller à une utilisation parcimonieuse de l'eau; e) d'assurer la protection des cours d'eau et favoriser leur amélioration; f) de gérer les systèmes d'évacuation et de traitement des eaux.

This Decree consists of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles: General provisions (I); Contractual assignment of land for agricultural production (II); Contractual assignment of production forest land (III); Implementation provisions (IV). The objectives of contractual land assignment are to use land and forest resources in order to raise production and business efficiency of State-run agricultural or forestry farms, to create more jobs and increase incomes, etc.
