La Coalition Internationale sur les Terres (ILC) pense qu’un suivi raisonnable et efficace des conversions et de la fragmentation en cours des ecosystèmes de parcours est indispensable pour permettre une compréhension approfondie des tendances actuelles et de leurs implications, et également pour promouvoir une prise de décisions avisée et participative sur, d’une part, l'utilisation de la terres et les investissements dans les parcours et, d’autre part, sur les compromis qui en découlent.

This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

These Rules amend the Crofting Register (Scotland) Rules 2012 to clarify the forms for the registration of common grazings prescribed in the Crofting Register (Scotland) Rules 2012.

These Rules, made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(1) and 53(2)(a) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, provide for the compilation, keeping and protection of the Crofting Register and rule 4 provides for public access to it. It also prescribes forms for applications for registration of crofts and common grazings in the Register.

This Law sets forth the principles and procedures of valuation of areas taken out of forest area borders on behalf of the Treasury and vending of agriculture lands owned by the Treasury. The Law also sets out the principles and procedures of creation of new forest areas, replacement of forest villagers and supporting the development of replaced forest villages. The provisions of this Law covers only areas taken out of forest area borders in accordance with Article. 2 of the Law No. 6831 and covers the agriculture lands owned by the Treasury.

The provisions of this Directive are governed by the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Directive sets forth the duties, powers and responsibilities of each central unit of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and provides for the division of their duties, powers and responsibilities to avoid conflict of powers and overlap of duties.

These Norms approve the Legal and Fiscal Regime for Land Occupation and regulate the requests of concessions for unoccupied and uncultivated lands to be used for: agro-forestry/silvo-pastoralism, agricultural, livestock, or other purposes.

This Act continues into being the Crofters Commission and provides with respect to crofting, a particular form of land tenure exercised in Scotland and related matters such acquisition of land by crofters. The Commission was established by the he Crofters (Scotland) Act 1955.

The Act provides for soil conservation and livestock control. It harmonizes soil conservation activities in agriculture, livestock management and proper management of water resources. The Act contains provisions on range management and grazing control for communities to manage range resources in a sustainable manner, guaranteeing equal access.The Act applies to agricultural land, i.e. land utilised for the purpose of the growing of crops or the grazing of livestock.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 in a provision which prescribes a penalty for trespass upon leboella. Section 6 stipulates that a person shall not, except in cases specially approved Trespass by the chief, graze his stock or any stock in his possession or upon leboella cause such stock to be grazed in any area set aside by a chief as leboella.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 with respect to grazing fees and penalties for grazing offences. They also concern fees in relation with organization of rotational grazing and regulation of stock numbers.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: interpretations; grazing fees and penalties for grazing offences; organization of rotational grazing; regulation of stock numbers; and inspection of stock by an Agricultural Officer. Definitions that are added by these Regulations include: "grazing season", "carrying capacity" (i.e. the maximum stocking rate possible without damage to vegetation or related resources), and "range".
