Le présent Programme national du secteur rural du Burkina Faso(PNSR, 2011-2015), est le cadre d’opérationnalisation de la Stratégie de développement rural (SDR) et du volet développement rural de la Stratégie de croissance accélérée et de développement durable (SCADD, 2011-2015).

The Order aims to provide subsidy to clear overgrown areas which need preparation for grazing in order to ensure improvement of conservation of habitats and species in specifically designated areas set out by Natura2000. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall allocate 33 million DKK of subsidy for non-productive investments in the following areas: 1) clearing of overgrowth, including clearing of trees and removal of cleared plant material. Projects to be implemented in especially allocated Natura2000 areas of deforestation; 2) areas preparing for grazing.

This Order aims to help promote grazing and thereby to ensure environmental value. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall regulate such provisions and allocate a funding framework of 15 million DKK to support grazing projects that can contribute to achieving the objectives of this Order. These projects shall however be subsidized if grazing occurs on farm land where buffer zones are found, requiring the need of establishing fences, ensuring drinking water supply and energy supply.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) implements provisions of the Community Rights Law of 2009 with Respect to Forest Lands ("Community Rights Law"), and determines the rules, guidelines and procedures for the establishment of forest communities and to access, manage, use and the benefits of forest resources within the Republic of Liberia, and participation by communities in the reforestation, rehabilitation and conservation of forest and wildlife resources in Liberia.

Areas of public forest and pasture maybe leased to public or private entities through public biddings. The designated bodies for examining and approving the awards, rules of procedure, and the type of activities allowed on these areas are provided for in the Instruction.

En virtud de esta Ley se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo a declarar exentos del pago de contribución directa a los propietarios que destinen la totalidad o una parte de sus terrenos al descanso y pastoreo o forrajes de los arreos de ganado que transiten por los caminos públicos.

Esta Ley establece el marco normativo para la organización, programación y fomento pecuario en el Estado de Oaxaca.

The present Food Security Strategy (FSS) updates the original one of 1996 by sharpening the strategic elements to address food insecurity based on lessons learned. In recognition that the pursuit of food security is a long-term and multi-sector challenge, institutional strengthening and capacity building is included as a central element of the Strategy.

Confronté à des difficultés d’ordre technique, institutionnel, politique et juridique, socio-économique et environnemental dans le secteur de l’élevage, le Burkina Faso a élaboré la Politique Nationale de Développement durable de l’Elevage(PNDEL) pour la période 2010-2025, à travers une approche participative et inclusive.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer la normativa para la administración y gestión de las vías pecuarias de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha, en el marco de la Ley de Vías Pecuarias, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Estatuto de Autonomía de la Comunidad Autónoma. Las vías pecuarias, son las rutas o itinerarios por donde discurre o ha venido discurriendo tradicionalmente el tránsito ganadero.

Le Programme d’Action National d’Adaptation aux Changements Climatiques constitue un programme sectoriel d’une portée nationale qui vise à anticiper les risques climatiques par l’utilisation des outils de prévision et d’alerte précoce à travers une approche intégrée.

Dans le cadre de relever les défis majeurs qui persistent en matière de développement du capital humain, de consolidation de la gouvernance, de la croissance ainsi que d’autres préoccupations transversales telles que la préservation de l’environnement et la promotion du genre, le Burkina Faso a élaboré le Programme d’Actions du Gouvernement pour l’Emergence et le Développement Durable (PAGEDD) pour la période 2011-2015. Il s’agit d’un plan sectorielle d’une portée nationale.
