El presente Acuerdo, reconociendo los asentamientos tradicionales de las Comunidades Indígenas Waorani, procede a la revisión de los límites del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY), amplia el territorio del PNY, como Patrimonio Nacional de Áreas Naturales, hacia el sector suroccidental comprendido entre los ríos Cononaco y Curaray, con la finalidad de conformar una unidad ecológica integral que permita la conservación y manejo de las principales cuencas y subcuencas de ese sector.

This Act makes provision with respect to the creation and registration of leases. There shall be a Land Leases Register for the registration of each lease required to be registered by this Act. The Act defines various conditions applying to a registered lease and the effects of registration. Other provisions of this Act concern other titles in land such as mortgages and easements, co-ownership, transmission, trusts, and cautions.

This Regulation on the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre defines its status, main tasks, functions, rights and liability, and also the procedure for operation thereof. State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and Land Cadastre shall be a body of public administration in the sphere of land relations, geodesy, cartography and state cadastres.

Both Parties agree to cooperate on land resource management,land administration and immigrant resettlement. The cooperation mentioned in this Memorandum of Understanding may include, but is not limited to, the following areas of common interest:   1. Development, protection, management and utilization of land resources;   2. Land information management, land surveys, cadastre updates, land registration, statistics, valuation, and the application of modern technologies in these areas;   3. Land use planning;   4. The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters that are delegated by the Act on the Establishment, Management of Spatial Data and those necessary for its enforcement.

The Parties have agreed to validate the Regulation on demarcation of the state border between the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine in accordance with the Annex 1, containing provisions for survey and mapping of the state border, installation of state border signs in accordance with the validated samples.

Regulation on the performance of cadastral work at the ground level determines the content and order of cadastral work for primary registration/renovation of land boundaries, as well as other types of work. It is mandatory for persons performing cadastral work, and for persons who are competent to receive, approve, and register real estate objects.

Le présent décret crée sous l’autorité du ministre chargé de l’administration du territoire, une commission nationale des frontières. La commission nationale des frontières est un organe technique chargé de formuler des propositions au Gouvernement sur toute question se rapportant aux frontières.

Le présent décret institue auprès du ministre chargé de l’Administration Territoriale une Commission Nationale des Frontières (CNF) dont la mission d’assister le ministre chargé de l’Administration Territoriale dans la mise en œuvre de la politique nationale des frontières notamment en matière de coopération administrative, de délimitation des frontières et de concrétisation du concept de pays frontières.

Le présent décret, pris en application des dispositions de la loi n° 020/2005 du 03 janvier 2006 fixant les règles de création, d'organisation et de gestion des services de l'Etat, ensemble les textes modificatifs subséquents, porte création et organisation de l’Agence Nationale de l'Urbanisme, des Travaux Topographiques et du Cadastre. L’Agence Nationale de l'Urbanisme, des Travaux Topographiques et du Cadastre (ANUTTC) a pour mission d'aménager des espaces constructibles et de délivrer les titres de propriété établis par les administrations compétentes en la matière.
