The present Act lays down provisions relating to possibilities on behalf of land owners to enter an agreement with the competent land authorities of British Columbia to obtain postponement of the payment of land tax. Section 2 establishes that the Minister may make an agreement with an owner who qualifies under this Act permitting the owner to defer paying all or part of the tax payable on the eligible property during the term of the agreement.

The present Regulation is made under section 48 of the Land Act dealing with Crown grants. The text consists of 2 sections as follows: Covenant re land disposition (1); Registration of title and covenant (2).

This Regional Law establishes case of state cadastre valuation of land by decision of local government in case of approval thereof by decision of the Regional Government. Application for cadastre valuation shall contain specification of land category, draft terms of reference for cadastre valuation and substantiation of the request for cadastre valuation.

The scope of this Regional law shall be to ensure the right of citizens with three and more children for acquisition free of charge in ownership of the plots of land pertaining to state or municipal property.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of land taxes and evaluation of land plots pertaining to public ownership or with undelimited ownership in case of sale thereof to owners of edifices, constructions located on the aforesaid land plots. In case of sale the aforesaid plots of land to commercial organizations, individual entrepreneurs, legal persons and citizens the amount of repayment shall be calculated as two and a half percent of cadastre value at the moment of purchase thereof.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management , promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at ensuring constitutional right of citizens related to access to cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be considered immovable property and shall include natural landscapes, recreational urban forests and parks. Land within the boundaries of territories of cultural heritage recorded in the public register of the objects of cultural heritage shall be considered land of historical and cultural heritage.

This Order makes, in respect of the Land Registration Fee Order 2012 changes to land registration fees, which specified fees for purposes of the Land Registration Act 2002 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. The changes concern the amount of the fee payable.

This Regional Law regulates relations concerning protection of land under reindeer pastures for the following purposes: (a) prevention of land degradation, pollution, littering, disturbance of soil and vegetation cover and other negative impact; (b) land rehabilitation; (c) setting up mechanism of land registration and assessment of the state of land; and (d) application of ecological norms for optimal land tenure. Land protection arrangements related to reindeer pastures shall include prevention of negative impact and prohibition of unauthorized movement of track-type vehicles.

The present Act provides for taxation of transfer of property and for gaining an interest in property that is registered at the Land Title Office. Taxable transactions include: transfer of fee simple, right to purchase or agreement for sale, lease or lease modification agreements, life estate, foreclosure, Crown grant, escheat, forfeiture or quit claim transfer as a result of corporate reorganization, The calculation of the tax is based on the fair market value of the property. This Order makes provision in relation to bringing into force Part 10 of, and schedule 3 to, the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012 on electronic documents, electronic conveyancing and electronic registration. Schedule 3 makes consequential amendments to the Requirements of Writing (Scotland) Act 1995 in relation to bringing electronic documents into operation and contains transitional provisions in relation with the coming into force of the 2012 Act.
