The following amendments and addenda must be introduced to the Federal Law No. 122-FZ: 1) Article 12 must be supplemented with the following paragraph “Identification of the plot of land in the Common state register of rights shall be carried out in conformity with its cadastre number attributed thereto by state land cadastre institution”. 2) Item 1 of the Article 17 must be supplemented by the following passage “It is not necessary to make available cadastre plan of the plot of land if it has already been inserted in the dossier of legal documentation”.

The Federal Law No. 102-FZ must be supplemented with the additional Article 64/1 regarding mortgage of the plot of land purchased with the use of land based credit stating that the aforesaid plot of land shall be considered mortgaged from the moment of the state registration of property rights of the debtor”.

En particulier, l’article 1er établit que le remembrement foncier a pour objet la réalisation de plans d'urbanisme, notamment l'exécution d'ouvrages d'intérêt public ou d'opérations d'aménagement, l'assainissement de quartiers insalubres ou vétustes, l'amélioration de l'aspect des quartiers ou l'utilisation plus rationnelle à des fins d'intérêt général des terrains disponibles.

These Rules provide for applications to the Registrar under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, the form of the documentation which must accompany any application and the circumstances in which an application may be cancelled by the Registrar. Schedule 1 to these rules contains the various forms prescribed by them. Schedule 2 prescribes the wording of the restrictions prescribed by the rules.

These Regulations, made under Part 1 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, make provision in England and Wales for land to be registered as a freehold estate in commonhold land. Part I of these Regulations contains general provisions. Part II contains provisions about the registration of a freehold estate in land as a freehold estate in commonhold land.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to Crown lands in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause referring to various terms therein employed, such as “Crown”, “land”, “permit”, “territorial lands”, “timber”. The text- consisting of 30 sections - considers the following issues: Land management zones, sale or lease of territorial lands, mining rights, reservation from grants, slides, streams and lake fronts, trespass on territorial lands.

Guam Ancestral Lands Commission - Chapter 80 of 21 GCA “Real Property”.

This Chapter provides for various matters relative to title in ancestral and for the creation of the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission. Ancestral Lands shall mean those lands owned privately by residents of Guam on or after January 1, 1930. Section 2 affirms responsibility of the government of Guam to enforce rights in private property, as a civil right, pursuant to the laws of the United States of America applicable to Guam and the Laws of Guam and provides otherwise for the recognition of ancestral land rights.

Chamorro Land Trust Commission – Chapter 75 of 21 GCA “Real Property”.

This Chapter provides for various matters regarding the Chamorro Land Trust Commission, for the grant of leases to a native Chamorros and relates matters and provides for loans for the development of Chanorro communities and lands and for the establishment of various Funds for these purposes. There is within the government of Guam the Chamorro Land Trust Commission. The Commission shall grant leases and otherwise be responsible for the development of Chamorro lands.
