El presente Decreto Supremo modifica el Reglamento de la Ley general del Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, en relación a la gestión de la distribución de los ingresos del producto de la venta de algunos bienes del Estado.

La presente Resolución regula el Registro de explotaciones agrarias de titularidad compartida, adscrito a la Dirección General de Desarrollo Rural y Política Forestal del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente, en el que se anotará toda la información sobre titularidad compartida de las explotaciones agrarias, que deberá contener la identificación de los cotitulares a través de sus nombres y apellidos y números de identificación fiscal respectivos y, en su caso, los mismos datos identificativos del representante designado por éstos, así como la identificación de la explota

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la creación y el funcionamiento de la Comisión Investigadora para el Relevamiento de Transferencias de Tierras Rurales en el ámbito de la Provincia de Río Negro, entre cuyas funciones se contemplan las siguientes: a) requerir a las autoridades registrales de la provincia todos los antecedentes dominiales y catastrales de las transferencias operadas sobre tierras pertenecientes al Estado Provincial; b) elaborar un informe detallado de las transferencias de tierras rurales que hayan pertenecido a la Provincia de Río Negro.

Mediante la presente Ley se crea el Registro Provincial de Productores Agropecuarios y Propietarios de Inmuebles Rurales, en el cual deben inscribirse todos aquellos inmuebles que se encuentren fuera de los ejidos urbanos municipales. Dicha inscripción es anual, obligatoria y gratuita, comprendiendo a todos los productores agropecuarios, titulares y ocupantes de predios rurales.

Sont approuvés les statuts de l’agence foncière pour l’aménagement des terrains dont le texte est annexé au présent décret. Les statuts fixent, conformément à la loi n° 27-2011 du 3 juin 2011, les missions, l’organisation et le fonctionnement de l’agence foncière pour l’aménagement des terrains.

Sont approuvés les statuts du bureau d’études et de contrôle des travaux cadastraux dont le texte est annexé au présent décret.

Sont approuvés les statuts du fonds national du cadastre dont le texte est annexé au présent décret. Le fonds national du cadastre a pour missions d’assurer le financement des travaux relatifs: - à l’aménagement des terrains;- à l’établissement, la conservation et la rénovation du cadastre; - à la mise à jour permanente des documents cadastraux;- à l’établissement et à la densification des réseaux géodésiques;- à la conservation et à la rénovation des repères et des signaux; - à la réhabilitation des réseaux géodésiques; - aux études et contrôles techniques des travaux cadastraux.

The Parties have agreed to apply boundary survey in the middle of the main channel or in the middle of the main branch of the boundary rivers. Appurtenance of the islands shall be established in accordance with the position of the main channel or the main branch of border river. The Parties shall also demarcate air space and subsoil.

This Decree amends provisions of Law No. 11.977 on the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on land regularization in urban settlements. The amendments deal with the requirements for land use concession and financial aspects related to the regularization of urban settlements.

This Decree regulates Law No. 11.977 on the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on land regularization in urban settlements. The amendments deal with the financial aspects and administrative procedures related to the regularization of urban settlements.

This Act provides rules for acquisition land in the public interest, including compulsory acquisition, and related matters such as claims to compensation, examination of land and the taking possession of land, registration of interest in land and (effects of) withdrawal from acquisition. Where the Minister is of the opinion that it is necessary to acquire any land in the public interest and that there is reasonable justification for causing any hardship to any person who has an interest in the land, the Minister may acquire that land in accordance with this Act.
