El presente Acuerdo expide el Instructivo para la Obtención de Certificaciones de Exoneración del Impuesto a las Tierras Rurales Emitidos por el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), que describe el procedimiento para que los sujetos pasivos obtengan la certificación expedida por el MAGAP para que se apliquen las exoneraciones o reducciones estipuladas en la ley sobre el impuesto a las tierras rurales.

To ensure environmental sustainability, development of socioeconomic sectors adapted to climate change, reduction of vulnerabilities and risks, and mitigation of GHG emissions as well as promoting economic effectiveness and efficiency and implementation of ‘green growth’ policies, the Parliament of Mongolia developed the National Action Program on Climate Change (NAPCC) to be implemented, in two phases, within 2021.

The purpose of the present Law is to achieve the objectives and principles of federal and cantonal legislation in the field of land use planning and construction. The text consists of 127 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use planning (2); Development (3); Land consolidation and boundary adjustment (4); Measures to promote the availability of land (5); Building regulations (6); Procedural provisions, administrative enforcement and penalties (7); Transitional and final provisions (8).

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) implements provisions of the Community Rights Law of 2009 with Respect to Forest Lands ("Community Rights Law"), and determines the rules, guidelines and procedures for the establishment of authorized forest communities and to access, manage, use and the benefits of forest resources within the Republic of Liberia, and participation by communities in the reforestation, rehabilitation and conservation of forest and wildlife resources in Liberia.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State regulation of the fertility of agricultural land shall be considered development and approval of norms and rules in the field of ensuring the fertility of agricultural land”.

These Regulations provide a consolidated system of environmental permitting in England and Wales. They transpose provisions of 15 Directives which impose obligations required to be delivered through permits or capable of being delivered through permits. They define the term “regulated facility” and require every regulated facility to be operated under the authority of an environmental permit.

The Resolution regulates removing fertile layer of soil, storing, using and re-cultivating. It consists of four articles: Purpose (1); Definition of terms (2); Main provisions (3); and Control and liability for obligations regarding soil cultivation (4). Re-cultivation is required for impaired soil, among others, by extraction of minerals, installing pipelines, demolishing premises, waste disposal sites etc.

El presente Decreto Foral Legislativo aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Foral de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo de Navarra. L’élaboration de la Stratégie Nationale de Mise en œuvre de la Convention Cadre des Nations Unies sur les Changements Climatiques s’inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des conclusions de la conférence mondiale de Rio de Janeiro en 1992.

The Regulation prescribes the requirements for the protection of water and soil from pollution with nitrates caused by agricultural activity; the highly vulnerable zones to which increased requirements apply for the protection of water and soil from pollution with nitrates caused by agricultural activity, the borders and criteria for the designation thereof; and the procedures for the management of highly vulnerable zones.

La Estrategia Regional Agroambiental y de Salud de Centroamérica es un instrumento estratégico adoptado en el marco del Sistema de la Integración Centroamericana (SICA). Objetivo general del documento es promover un mecanismo intersectorial para la gestión agroambiental, con énfasis en el manejo sostenible de tierras, biodiversidad, variabilidad y cambio climático, negocios agro-ambientales, espacios y estilos de vida saludables, de manera que contribuya al desarrollo humano sostenible.
