Law No. 1492 III “On apiculture”.

This Law regulates relations concerning apiculture, keeping honey bees, production, processing of apiculture products, use of honey bees for pollination of agricultural entomophilous plant and crops, ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons performing apiculture. It shall be applicable to pedigree and common commercial apiaries.

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the certification of land title. Where an application is made for a certificate of title for the whole or part of the land the subject of any existing certificate or certificates of title the Registrar may, if the Registrar thinks fit, instead of creating the certificate of title so applied for, create and register a certificate of title for each lot or location or for any number of lots or locations included in that land.

This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

Land Transaction Amendment Law 2012.

The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Land Transaction Law 2001 (LGBl. 9/2002). In particular, the Law adds a chapter 2a to article 13 on Acquisition of building land. The afore-mentioned chapter consists of: Sphere of application, objectives (art. 13a); Building land (art. 13b); Legal transactions subject to registration (art. 13c); Terms of use (art. 13d). Furthermore, article 35 on Penalties is reworded and article 35a on References to federal Legislation is added.

Spatial Information Act.

The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Survey Act of 19 May 2005. Article 1 establishes that the government shall allocate the works of the official land survey and define the rights and obligations of the surveyors. The Construction and Infrastructure Office shall be the competent authority according to article 3 of the afore-mentioned Act.
