The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law. The text consists of 120 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General principles and procedural rules (I); Construction guidelines (II); Penalties, transitional provisions and final provisions (III).

The present Law implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Law implements the Council Directive 93/76/EEC to limit carbon dioxide emissions by improving energy efficiency (SAVE) of 13 September 1993. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Law implements, inter alia, the Directive 2006/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on energy end-use efficiency and energy services of 5 April 2006. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance of 21 May 2012 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the catalogue of basic geo-data under federal legislation with competences of Canton and municipalities; the catalogue of basic geo-data under cantonal legislation; the catalogue of other geo-data according to article 12 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance. The text consists of 12 article divided into 4 Parts as follows: Purpose, sphere of application (1); Spatial information system (2); Fees (3); Entry into force (4).

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Act of 5 October 2007 on spatial information. In particular, the Ordinance implements and completes the Federal Act on spatial-information. Moreover the Ordinance provides a basis for a comprehensive spatial information system. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1);Organization (2); Geo-data catalogue , spatial information system (3); Register of public ownership restrictions (4); Official land survey (5); Financing and fees (6); Transitional and final provisions (7).

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 20 juin 2001 sur les améliorations structurelles. L’article 1er de l’ordonnance établit qu’au cours de la procédure de remaniement parcellaire, le directeur technique mandaté accomplit les tâches qui lui sont attribuées.

La présente loi est composée t de 96 articles répartis en 5 titres, à savoir: l’organisation du régime de la propriété foncière (I); le fonctionnement du régime de la propriété foncière (II); les sanctions (III); les frais et émoluments (IV); et les dispositions finales (V). Aux termes de cette loi, l’immatriculation d’un immeuble au livre foncier est précédée d’une vaste publicité et exige l’observation des formalités multiples et minutieuses destinées à sauvegarder les droits des tiers.

Le présent Arrêté crée un comité technique de suivi de l’aménagement foncier, de l’équipement rural et de la création de zones d’investissements agricoles.Ce Comité a pour mission de formuler des réformes pour améliorer la sécurisation des privés en matière agricole;d’évaluer la législation foncière et les procédures d’attribution de parcelles à usage agricole; de définir des stratégies de renforcement de l’équipement social et économique en milieu rural; et de promouvoir des plans d’occupation et d’affectation des sols.

Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: "State registration of land plots, use restrictions, keeping land registers, insertion of data related to land plots in State land cadastre shall be performed by state cadastre officials operating in the area of location of land plot (district, city of regional significance of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of provincial significance)".

This Law establishes legal and organizational grounds for activities in the sphere of land survey and is aimed at regulation of relations between state bodies, local government, legal and natural persons with a view of ensuring stable development of land tenure.

This Law establishes legal, economic and organizational grounds for the functioning of state land cadastre. State land cadastre shall be unified state geoinformation system of data related to land located within state boundaries of the Ukraine, specifying purposeful use thereof, use restrictions, and also data on qualitative and quantitative characteristics of land, valuation thereof and distribution of land between owners and tenants.
