This Regulation provides for a complete list of fertilizer entered in the Register of fertilizer (according to the trade name and manufacturer of fertilizers) related to the Croatian Republic and updated until August 2013.The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

The present Law implements the Federal Land Parcel Act of 2 August 1961 (BGBl. I, pp. 1091-1103) and Land Lease Act of 8 November 1985 (BGBl. I p. 2075). In particular, the Law lays down provisions dealing with registration, proceedings and authorization of land transactions. The text consists of 7 articles and 1 Annex.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the determination, levying and payment of property tax. This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of conducting inventory of public land fund with a view of ensuring reliability of land survey and mapping data with the insertion of modifications and changes in land areas, distribution of land by categories irrespectively of the form of ownership. All land areas within the national boundaries of the Kyrgyz Republic, constituting national land fund, shall be subject to inventory.

This Law establishes legal grounds in the sphere of protection and management of the objects of historical and cultural heritage, attribution of legal status to the objects of historical and cultural heritage and delimitation of jurisdictional competence of state bodies, and liability and compensation for damages caused to the objects of historical and cultural heritage. Objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be subject to protection, compulsory registration and certification by the state.

This Law establishes legal basis, terms and conditions of transfer of land from one category to another. Transfer of land shall be state (public) function and shall be performed in accordance with purposeful use of land in case of modification of main purposeful use. Category and type of land area shall be specified in: (a) acts of local self-government related to allocation or concession of land; (b) in land-related contracts; (c) in land cadastre documentation; and (d) in land certificates.
