This Order, by virtue of the powers vested in Section 2 of the Urban Development Projects (Special Provisions) Act, No. 2 of 1980. I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Minister-in-charge of Defence and Urban Development, establish that the land specified in the schedule urgently requires an Urban Development Project. The land depicted as Lot No. "A" in Classification Tracing No. Co/DSO/2013/951 dated 04.11.2013 prepared by Superintendent of Surveys (Colombo District) containing an extent of 1.4774 Hectares situated in the Ward No.

This Regional Law establishes the grounds for and the modalities of transfer free of charge on condition of ownership to local government of land plots pertaining to regional property. The aforesaid transfer shall be performed for municipal land-use planning and development of urban areas. Land pertaining to regional property free of third-party claims and not occupied by constructions and edifices can be transferred to local government. The aforesaid transfer shall be performed by decision in the forms of Governor’s Decree.

For the purpose of the present Act «lands» means lands in respect of which the rights to the gold or other precious minerals or stones are under the administration and control of the Commissioner. Under the present Act Yukon lievies a royalty on all gold shipped from Yukon for export, whether in the form of gold dust as mined or bars. The royalty is computed at the rate of 2.5% of the value of the gold, or at such lesser rate as may be fixed by the Commissioner-in-Council.

The present Regulation is made under the Placer Mining Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 2 establishes that this Regulation and Part 2 of the Act apply to claims or land on which a lease has been granted. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010, the Town and Country Planning (Section 62A Applications) (Procedure and Consequential Amendments) Order 2013 and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 in relation with relevant planning permission applications based on section 62A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (procedure for listed building consent).

Le présent décret modifie les dispositions de l’article 9 (organisation et composition) du décret n° 81-1876 du 30 décembre 1981, portant organisation et fonctionnement de l'agence de réhabilitation et rénovation urbaine.

This Order revokes the various Statutory Instruments to the extent specified in the Schedule. Listed Regulations include the Town and Country Planning (Development Plans) Order 1974 and the Urban Development Corporations (Appropriate Ministers) Order 1988.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern immunity from prosecution and contravention proceedings.

This Regional Law establishes cases of expropriation, including bailout, of public land for public or municipal needs. The aforesaid expropriation shall be authorized in the following cases: (a) reservation of land plots for subsequent expropriation (bailout) of land plots for regional and municipal needs; (b) construction of public edifices in case of impossibility to locate them differently; and (c) construction in accordance with land-use planning scheme.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at ensuring realization of the constitutional right of citizens of access to the objects of historical and cultural heritage and protection, restoration and conservation of historical and cultural natural environment of the regional ethnic communities.
