This Order of the Water Resources Management Authority declares the Lake Naivasha Catchment Area to be a protected area for the purposes of the Water Act and provides that the Lake Naivasha Catchment Area Water Allocation Plan shall be the basis for allocation of water in the Lake Naivasha Catchment Area. The Authority shall appoint Water Resources Users’ Associations as agents according to the criteria set out in the Second Schedule.

Law on Nature Park "Kopacki rit".

This Law establishes and declares the area of the state nature park with a special reserve "Kopački Rit" as a Croatian National Nature Park, with the total area of 177 km ².This Law further provides all necessary information and regulates its borders.

La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para las áreas de reserva territoriales del Estado de Guatemala, que están constituidas por aquellas áreas: contenidas en la faja terrestre de tres kilómetros a lo largo de los océanos, contadas a partir de la línea superior de las mareas; de doscientos metros alrededor de las orillas de los lagos; de cien metros a cada lado de las riberas de los ríos navegables; de cincuenta metros alrededor de las fuentes y manantiales donde las aguas surtan a las poblaciones.

This Notice, made under section 16 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, declares the area described in the Schedule to be a Protected Natural Environment and specifies directions that shall be applicable to the area: properties in the area shall be managed and controlled in accordance with section 16 and 17 of the Act as a collaborative nature reserve and general objectives of the Act shall be pursued on the properties which shall be managed as a reserve with exclusion of any normal or conventional agricultural activities.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, made under section 16 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, designates in the Schedule the Administrator and the local authorities who may issue written authorization for the undertaking of activities which are identified in GN. R. 879 in respect of the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area referred to in that Government Notice. Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks.

Identification of activities which may have detrimental effect on environment: Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Area (G.N. 879 of 1996).

This Notice of the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, made under section 21 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989, identifies activities that may have a detrimental effect on the environment in respect of areas included in Schedule 2, which form the Outeniqua Sensitive Coastal Areas. Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks. The Notice shall not apply to activities of a like nature carried out in the normal pursuit of agriculture or gardening.

Regulations under section 26 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989 regarding identified activities concerning the Pennington Sensitive Coastal Area and Umtamvuna Sensitive Coastal Area (GN. R. 1531 of 1998).

No. 879 that may have a detrimental effect on the environment in respect of the Pennington Sensitive Coastal Area and Umtamvuna Sensitive Coastal Area. Those activities include: disturbance of vegetation, dredging, dune stabilisation and earthworks. An application for a permit shall be made to local authorities and shall be accompanied by an environmental impact assessment.
