Le présent décret modifie les dispositions des articles 122-4, 122-11 et 122-12 du code de l'environnement (partie réglementaire), relatifs à l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement, aussi dans un contexte transfrontière, ainsi qu'à la participation du public lors de l'élaboration de certains plans et programmes relatifs à l'environnement.
