Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991.

This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Aboriginal land Act 1991. The Regulation is divided into 8 Parts (56 regulations) and is completed by 5 Schedules. Part 2 provides for the incorporation of claims for Aboriginal land, Part 3 deals with land trusts and Parts 4 and 5 specify, respectively, the powers of the Supreme Court on matters related to Aboriginal land and the decision making process for the granting of Aboriginal land.

This Regulation, consisting of seven sections divided into five Parts and completed by two Schedules, implements the Valuers Registration Act 1992 by providing the code of conduct for valuers including: Prescribed institutes and continuing professional development; Prescribed institutes; and Fees.

Surveyors Regulation 2014.

This Regulation, consisting of nine sections, implements the Surveyors Act 2003 by providing for: Criteria for registration as an emeritus surveyor (sect.2); insurance coverage (sect. 3); Application for competency assessment (sect. 4); Particulars for register (sect. 5); Notice of change in circumstances (sect. 6); Title for holder of registration endorsement for cadastral surveys (sect. 7); Fees (sect. 8).

Vegetation Management Regulation, 2000.

This Regulation implements the Vegetation Management Act 1999. It provides for the identification of prescribed regional ecosystems, which are listed in the annexed schedules. It specifies the matters prescribed for property vegetation management plans and sets the value of the development application fee. The Regulation is completed by seven schedules: endangered regional ecosystems, of concern regional ecosystems, least concern regional ecosystems, grassland regional ecosystems, trees precribed for the Act and fees.

Brisbane River Tidal Lands Improvement Act 1927.

The Act authorizes the construction of a weir over the tidal land of the Breakfast Creek. The Brisbane City Council will be responsible for the construction, the maintenance and renewal of the weir (sect. 3). It consists of 5 sections and is completed by one schedule that provides the map of the area and the location of the weir.
