Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°2006-031 du 24 novembre 2006 sur la propriété foncière privée non titrée. Il s’applique à l’ensemble des terrains non titrés ni cadastrés occupés, que ces derniers soient urbains ou ruraux, sous réserve des dispositions des autres textes soumettant certains terrains à des régimes particuliers.

L’objectif général de la Politique Foncière Agricole (PFA) du Mali est d’assurer l’accès équitable de tous les producteurs maliens (hommes et femmes) et des autres utilisateurs aux terres agricoles aménagées bien gérées et sécurisées dans un environnement de bonne gouvernance foncière afin de favoriser des investissements publics, communautaires, individuels et privés maîtrisés susceptibles de rendre les différentes formes d’exploitation plus performantes et viables dans une perspective de souveraineté alimentaire durable.La PFA oeuvre à des systèmes agricoles inclusifs et efficaces.

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of identification, conservation, management, promotion, public protection, import and export of the objects of cultural heritage thus ensuring the right of Turkmen people to conservation and development of its national identity. Objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be considered those created fifty and more years ago. The Cabinet of Ministers shall set forth rules and regulations concerning ownership, management and disposal of the object of historical and cultural heritage.

This Act amends the Land Utilization Act in section 2 in the definition of "Minister" and by insderting a definition of "Authority" (i.e. he Land Subdivision and Utilization Authority established under section 9). Section 9 is repealed and replaced. That section provides for membership of the Land Subdivision and Utilization Authority. Section 8, concerning evidence, for purposes of land registration, that a subdivision had been approved by the Minister is also amended.

These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the Regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Land Surveyors Board. The Board shall hear and determine such dispute, and its decision shall be final.

Le présent décret crée, conformément à l’article 452 de la loi n° 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code Foncier et Domanial en République du Bénin, le cadastre pour la gestion de l'ensemble des documents administratifs et techniques décrivant la propriété foncière.

La présente loi supprime les dispositions des articles 16, 501 de la loi n° 2013-01 du 14 août 2013 portant code foncier et domanial en République du Benin.
