The present Law lays down provisions relating to land expropriation procedures in the Land Hamburg. Article 1 establishes that an expropriation is only authorized if it improves the well being of the community. An adequate compensation is to be paid for every expropriation.
This Act amends the State Acquisition of Lands Ordinance in section 16 in paragraph (a).
