This Act continues into being the Crofters Commission and provides with respect to crofting, a particular form of land tenure exercised in Scotland and related matters such acquisition of land by crofters. The Commission was established by the he Crofters (Scotland) Act 1955.
The present Ordinance implements the Land Consolidation Act in its version of 16 March 1976. In particular, the Ordinance appoints the various authorities and offices responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to expropriation proceedings. In particular, the Law applies to all expropriation, take-over and related compensation proceedings in the Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in so far as Federal or regional law is not applicable.
The present Law implements the Federal Land Parcel Act (BGBl. I p. 1091) of 28 July 1961. Article 1 establishes that the sale of land up to a size of 0.25 hectare does not require any authorization according to the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 2 articles.
The Act provides with respect to the granting of loans for the cultivation and management of land.
The Act provides with respect to the amount of compensation payable for damage to agricultural crops and fruit trees. Where the damage amounts to total destruction, the compensation shall be calculated at the rates set out in the Schedule.
The purpose of this Act of the Czech National Council is to ensure protection of agricultural land which is a natural resource of the country, indispensable means enabling agricultural production and is one of the main components of the environment.
This Act requires owners to contribute to (jackal-proof) fencing of land by owners of land in areas of jurisdiction of divisional councils on designated on proposal of such councils.
