Amendments have been made to section 3 of Part I, section 3 of Part II, section 2 of Part IV, and section 3 and 4 of Part VII.
Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land-use planning schemes shall be elaborated in accordance with the requirements set forth by Urban Construction Code of the Russian Federation and with the consideration of the requirements of regional land-use planning”.
