In the item 2 of the Article 16 of the Land Code the wording “Federal Law No. 101-FZ on delimitation of state property on land” shall be substituted with the wording “the present Code and federal laws”. Chapter IV of the Federal Law No. 122-FZ on state registration of immovable property and its transactions shall be supplemented with Article 30.1: “The state registration of ownership of the Russian Federation, subject of the Russian Federation or municipal unit to the plots of land during the delimitation of the public land ownership shall be carried out in accordance with the application of the state executive body or local self-government or the person empowered to act for them. The application must contain the grounds for delimitation”.
