This Order establishes that economic activity on land within the boundaries of national parks without expropriation shall not contradict scope and basic objectives of national park. Land management regime shall take into consideration the interests of the population living on the territory of national park. Recultivation of land within the boundaries of national parks shall envisage: (a) afforestation and reforestation; (b) creation of agricultural land; (c) creation of waterbodies to be used for fire prevention, public living needs, recreation, fish farming and fishing; and (d) creation of wetlands for conservation of biological diversity.
