The present Ordinance implements the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of the Federal Soil Act. The text consists of 10 articles as follows: Agricultural Centre Ebenrain (1); Measure and Improvement Office (2); Complaints (3); Justice. Police and Military Office (4); Proceedings (5); Planning Office (6); Property Office (7); Land charges (8); Repeal (9); Entry into force (10).
