This Regional Law establishes that the decision for land reservation for public needs shall be taken by the Regional Government and must contain the following: (a) data on location, dimensions, category, authorized uses, time period and purpose of land reservation and use restrictions imposed in relation to land reservation; and (b) other provisions established by legislation.
