The Government of the Czech Republic (Czech: Vláda České republiky) exercises executive power in the Czech Republic. The members of the government are the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic (Chairman of the Government), the deputy ministers and other ministers. It has its legal basis in the Constitution of the Czech Republic.

The government is led by the Prime Minister, who selects all the remaining ministers. Government of the Czech Republic is responsible to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. The Prime Minister is appointed by the President of the Czech Republic.

Decree amending Decree on agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest lands.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on agrochemical examination of agricultural lands and assessment of soil properties of forest lands. In particular the replaced Annex 1 provides the list of hazardous elements and hazardous substances monitored in agrochemical testing of agricultural land and parameters monitored during soil analysis. Annex 2 describes methods used for chemical, physical and microbiological analysis of agricultural land and forest land.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree establishing requirements for fertilizers. In particular, the present Decree provides requirements for organic fertilizers and substrates for the production of which wastes from sewage treatment plants were used (amended Annex 1) and requirements for solid or liquid mixtures of fertilizers based on nutrients (amended Annex 2).

In particular, the present Decree regulates the method of reporting aviation application of liquid fertilizers or auxiliary substances. The sample form for the reporting aviation application of liquid fertilizers or auxiliary substances is given in the amended Annex 4.
